I do my best to not mindlessly give out 100% for albums I really like. I've only written one 100% review so far and almost gave Epicus Doomicus Metallicus a perfect score but considering the one flaw I encountered, I knew I had to drop it by a point or two, even if it's one of my favourite metal albums of all time. I'm sure there's at least twenty albums I could give a perfect score for on the site but at least those albums deserve it!
I've already spoken my mind on that matter.
I think that a 100% is nothing like a 0%. When you give a 100% to an album, it's basically because you think the band did a perfect job on all the levels. But you just can't give a 0%. It's like saying... the musicians have no skills at all, the song-writting is just plain terrible (in fact, it doesn't even sound like music), the execution is lame, empty of feeling or personnality, the production is horrible and so, there is not a single good thing on the album.
That is just plain ridiculous... and it doesn't make any kind of sense...
If it was that horrible, there is absolutely no way you could have listenned to the whole thing.

You guys give MA and it's community too much credit.
I like the website, but the fact that we are criticizing some of the reviewers, just prooves that we are not giving them too much credits. The fact that I like the website, pretty much tells you why I would like it to be a better place. And removing these useless 0% reviews... would highly contribute to the website.
