But anywayz I like atreyu, unearthed, cradle of flith, throwdown, the black dahlia murder, hate breed, kill switch engageand so on. But you would never guess because i'm all like Emo/Skater. I never could get into Killswitch.. I started hating metalcore about a month ago =P

and the only COF songs that I like are the first demos, they played some good BM back then, but after "Dusk and Her Embrace" they changed their style.. they are still able to pull off some good stuff, but they come up with a bunch of crap as well

i never liked cradle of filth. i bought two of their albums one day(dusk and her embrace, nymphetawhatever) and i just hated them. i havent even touched the cds since. to make it worse, all the stupid little mall-core kids at my school listen to them and praise that danny filth queer like hes some kind of a god.(sex god for the little teeny bopper girls)

I started getting into metal...Well, this year. I fucked around with mallcore shit until I turned fourteen, then moved into some light death and thrash. Believe it or not, but I owe the majority of my metal growth to this thread, I've found out a ton of stuff here, and my music has gotten so much better. I can actually say I listen to good bands, and as I type, am moving further into Blacker stuff every day (even though I love my death metal).

Meh, as long as it's metal, listen to it!

I go from Killswitch Engage to Gorgoroth all the time (not as favorite bands but from like a KsE song to a Gorgoroth one) or Dragonforce to Cannibal Corpse. The only two songs I have on my iTunes that aren't metal are by Led Zeppelin: Stairway to Heaven and Kashmir.

On my MP3 player I have motown, Led Zep, Pink Floyd (to which I owe my sig to), and a bunch of other stuff...I just happen to love metal more than any other music. Ever. And I do listen to pretty much whatever I want anyway...Just remarking that I am grateful for what I have learned. lol I'm a sentimentalist, I guess
