Foudre Noire is amazing. It's like twenty minute long Horna songs with really well put together melodies intertwined.

I'll take (early)Kreator and Sodom over Metallica, and Megadeth over all three.

Just discovered something new :)
Could be described as 'post-black metal'
It's with artists of Isis and Wolves In the Throne room :D

Anthrax were really good back in the day, or so I'm told.
Either way, if it were up to me, it'd be Overkill or Testament.
Guess whose back after 10 pages of purely lurking? :P

Must be, testament is probably one of the most generic, least inspired thrash metal bands in existence.
And with that note, besides The Legacy do they have ANY albums worth getting?

Seasons Of The Abyss is the best album Slayer ever made.

Their were some great US/Canadian thrash metal bands, just they tended to not be as popular as the big four, Testament and Pantera. (Even though Pantera only had one purely thrash metal album and one thrash-ish album.)

REALLY old news.
But still funny.

However, it is great.

Not as much as RIP or Peace Sells and whatnot, but I still like it.

I say nay to voting Duff, he gets in arguments too much despite always having good intentions.

13. Soilwork(pre-Natural Born Chaos)
Natural Born Chaos is the only Soilwork album I own and I think it's pretty good, guys recommend me other albums by them?

I enjoy all of Testament's stuff (except Demonic). But so I've stated. But personal favorite albums, I really like The New Order and The Gathering. Those are the two I would recommend to get.

As soon as he said it, I thought of you and knew you'd come in to say that eventually even though Rust in Peace is clearly one of the best of a ll time, among others.

So do I. Did I give the impression that I don't?
I saw this band Taint supporting EyeHateGod a few weeks back, and after downloading one of their albums, I gotta say it's pretty good stuff live and on CD.

I don't believe you. If you really listened to them you would have posted that list the first time round.
I couldnt think of them first time round i dont know why but my mind went blank
So how many of you guys are fans of bands like Witchfinder General, Pagan Altar, Pentagram (US), and early Black Sabbath? Because I have a great band for you guys.
Also, I know the name is lame, no need to mention it.

Yeah because you know you have to post every thought that pops into your head instantly and can't delierate over it for a while if your mind is blank.

It's pretty good. Slightly lighter Sabbath sound. Are there any other really good songs by them. Or albums.

The whole Satori album is pretty much an unbreakable flow of awesome. I'd give it a 5/5.
Anywhere is pretty good, too. Quick question though, am I allowed to link to blogs on here? If not, just google "satori blogtopus" if you want it.

Not really a find, just felt like sharing.
I'm just curious. Who are all of the Four Horsemen? I know Batman64 is one, but who are the others? Not including Nev, if he did get elected.

I've linked blogs here before (I even did it last week for my latest album review) so share away. The song was really interesting.
