You know, I may not be fond of Disney in general these days, but when/if I have children, I'd much rather have them growing up with Disney classics than Jonas Brothers, High School Musical and other crap they have nowadays.

Disney isn't even Disney nowadays. Disney is about animation and killing single parent lions (seriously, watch The Wild, they do it again pretty much), not about fags singing bad Pop music.
So when I think of Disney I think of the past and the good, respectable stuff. Not the new stuff.

I´ve never been a big fan of Disney, not even as a kid. Even then i hate those songs they had EVERY 5 FUCKING MINUTES. The only one i really like is Snow white, i think it has only 1 or 2 songs or something, and it has a cool atmosphere.

If were talking about American feature length animation, Heavy metal is better than no other.

I love the Disney songs, as a fan of music it makes perfect sense to me as they were songs I grew up with. They're songs meant for children and that are part of a story, I judge them on that and they're fantastic. It's truely beautiful stuff that reminds me of a much more innocent and carefree time.

You're not alone here. I detest their music and my ears are literally in pain whenever I hear them. Despite what I've just said and owning an "I Hate Disney Songs" group on Last.fm, there's actually one Disney song I tolerate and that's Pink Elephants on Parade in Dumbo just for its extreme weirdness.
