There are different types. Some you can only keep in for 12 hours, some you can keep in for a month. And some are inbetween.

Turi-motherfucking-sas.

love em.

Got my Disturbed album today, although I'm sure no one gives a shit, because they're not metal, but whatever.

I'll probably buy a Meshuggah album soon, been listening to them on youtube and I like them.

I wear glasses just to see shit at school.

I never wear them anywhere else.

In other news:
I didn't gel my hair today for the first time since I was 10.

It's a very strange sensation.

not really, I see loads of people who gel their hair these days, I've started doing it now because it gives it a good texture and I like spikey hair.

Having said that, I have emo hair, lulz.
It's like the picture in my profile, but a bit shorter, and not as black (it's a very very dark brown)

I'm not an emo or scenekid though, I just like the hair, and look of emos and scenekids, lulz.

emo/scene girls = hawt

I'd like to buy a bass to play some metal and I was wondering if Fender was making any good metal basses (and don't tell me Steve Harris plays with a fender, I know)

But what would be a good bass to play... let's say... death metal?

And if Fender are not making the best metal basses, tell me what other companies I should check.
Thanks mates.

There is nothing unMetal about playing a Fender bass. They're quality instruments.

I prefer the look of Ibanez and Warwicks though.

I really was talking about what type of bass would be the best. Some basses sound better for blues and jazz than metal, and some are better to play metal...

Fender basses are especially great for blues, classic rock, country, alternative, jazz, and overall modern rock. They can play metal, but there are better metal basses out there.

JUST GOT BACK FROM PAGANFEST.

Three words: Fucking Epic Shit!!!

Swashbuckle, Black Guard, Moonsorrow, Primordial and Korpiklaani were ALL amazing.

The stage setups(Banners, props, etc.) were all great, mosh pits were awesome, two awesome walls of death, all the bands were dressed up to a theme(Swashbuckle = Pirates, Black Guard = Celts, Moonsorrow = Vikings, Primordial = Zombies and Korpiklaani = Cowboys + Indians.)

It was amazing and was MAD fun.

Whether you are going to mosh, going to drink, going to rock your face off to folk metal or are going to pick up girls you WILL have a fucking epic time, I know I did.

I also pissed off and schooled a poseur big time(He said I was emo cause I was wearing a white shirt, pfft.) and got the phone number + Facebook of a mega hot and truly metal chick. (Who, conveniently lives 20 minutes away from me as I now know.)

Sure, it was a MAJOR disappointment that Eluveite dropped off the tour and that Korpiklaani didn't play Native Land, but other than those two things the entire show was EPIC.

I HIGHLY recommend paying 25 - 40 bucks to see this show, you will NOT regret it.

Also I got this card at the end of the show of a upcoming North America tour in the summer, list of bands as follows:

Necrophagist
Suffocation
Ensiferum
Darkest Hour
Winds of Plague
Dying Fetus
Born of Osiris
Origin
Beneath The Massacure
Mantic Ritual
After the burial
Decrepit Birth
Black Guard

While some of those bands are shit, i'll be willing to go for the gems that will be playing on this tour.

Make war, not love.

Let's do the super happy ending.

They would be awesome to see live. One after the other.
Cept for Ensifirigay.

It would be a good show. Watching Ensifirigay being gay with all the gaylords waving their gay fucking extremities in Ensifirigay's general diretion, as if in reference to the french knight from Monty Python's Holy Grail.

It's so skippable. It's shit to listen to, he makes the stupid noise with his lips. Fucking bullshit track. And Poison was the Cure is bad.

Therefore, not the best album ever. Slough Feg's Traveller I might like a little bit better. Both are great.

And when talking thrash, KREATOR OWNS ALL.

Agreed. Without that fine fellow we would not be wasting our precious time on the intarwebs so much. Good for him.

HERE IS A FUN GAME

Name the song. Your clue will be the lyrics.

"WITH THE HEART OF A DRAGON WE RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!!"

"WE ARE THE RED MEN, FEATHERS IN OUR HEAD MEN!!"

"OR JUST SOME CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY DREAM!"

Obvious one is obvious.

But the first two I want to see answered. BE SURE TO PLAY THE GAME BACK KIDDIES

I think its ok.. Most of the songs are a bit too slow, sometimes it feels like its dragged. I guess if you´re into doom metal you will really like it.
I´m going to see Heaven & hell live in about a month. Even if the album would be complete shit i wouldn´t care, because i´d still see 2 original Black Sabbath members + Ronnie James Dio play live. For that reason alone its worth seeing.
