It sure does, and it's a throne.

Yeah, I got it resolved.
Because I had nothing better to do.
Resuming talk about Metal now.
Disgorge are awesome.
That will be all.

I do the same thing. But it almost always ends with my girlfriend back-handing me.

Just listened to some of their stuff, I like them, they sound pretty good, I tend to like bands like that alongside my heavier metal :)

Yeah, that's the sad part about new users joining here. The majority of them ask to join and either not post ever again or make a few posts and then leave. At least we've got some new recruits that have stayed longer than most, most especially Coop.

I'd find this collection pretty ironic if they are.
A lot of NG fans seem to be big Slipknot fans.
Hahaha, that sentence cracks me up.
Cannibal corpse was fucking AWESOME
The faceless did a pretty good job....
The opened with evisceration plague
And played all their awesome songs, I cum blood, Hammer smashed face, Fucked with a knife, ect. ect..
Over all a fucking SWEET concert
Well I found out were Glen Benton gets his armor at. This stuff is fucking awsome but expesive as hell.

Well essentially it's the elitists that hate bands because they're not metal.
Elitists are defined as being as close-minded.
I think elitists are the people who claim bands with a metal label aren't metal or hate on certain genres.
This is the same as above because the elitists are convinced said bands aren't metal thus why they hate them. But in this case it's not close-mindedness. It's more defending what the belong too.
Because let's face it, Metalcore/Nu-Metal is as much Metal as a Spider Monkey is a Spider.

Can someone please explain to me why so many people hate Slipknot? Is it because of the fanbase? (maggots...lulz)
I really like the Slippyknot (as my mum calls them...again, lulz), but their latest album was shite compared to Iowa imo.
I'm not a maggot though, I just like Iowa, and I might get Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat sometime.
I just love the lyrics for Disasterpiece
I wanna slit your throat, and fuck the wound :3
HAVING SAID THAT
I prefer most proper metal bands, like The Black Dahlia Murder for instance, who are quite the sex.
Cannibal Corpse are pretty awesome too, death metal ftw.
I know it's probably been said a million times, but Hammer Smashed Face is one fucking epic song.
I've noticed in some videos that the pit always stops during the bass solo XD makes me laugh
The Black Dahlia Murder - I'm Charming

Elitists also think they are better than everyone else (because we are).

Case in point. I sure as hell wasn't ready for that album.
While we're on the subject of Slipknot, a quote from Corey Taylor: "[All Hope is Gone] wouldn't be a Slipknot album if I didn't rag on the recording industry."

Ah fair enough, I know there are faaaaaar heavier bands then them, but I still enjoy their music.
Come to think of it, I have a pretty diverse taste in music.
Well, metal, rock, techno, DnB, and alternative :p
Metal is my all time favourite though.

If you're into Allan Holdsworth, check out Planet X's Quantum, he played on that album.

plus the whole, you know, music part.

I've heard a lot of songs from it on Pandora. I might have heard the whole album by now.
What a weekend...
5/2 = Arch enemy
5/5 = Amon Amarth
5/7 = Heaven and hell
But I don't have money for any of those :,(

I'm glad I'm not the only person who always hears that.
I love that song but as soon as that part hits, I start cracking up.
Here I am, bored with everything.
Fuck off with that shitty arse band.
Watch that shit. I think I'm gunna watch it again.
...... After some more porn.
And by the way, that's an in-studio music video with them all playing the song. And that makes it fucking awesome.

It was some pretty crappy porn.
HOLY SHIT. This must be the reason Metallica existed.
Dream Theater and BARNEY GREENWAY do DAMAGE INC. by Metallica.
That's like my fucking favourite drummer, one of my very favourite guitarists and one of my very favourite bass players..... And Barney Greenway. Holy shit.
I just bought two albums
Antithesis by Origin
and
Rusted Angel by Darkane
The 45 bucks I just spent are sooooo worth it :)

Heck yes! One of my all time favourite albums.
The speed and aggressiveness in that album is orgasmic.
Not to mention the out of this world technicality.

Ugh. Pissed. If any of you are Incantation fans and remember back to when Primordial Domination came out, they had this pre-order deal that they had on their site that if you pre-ordered the cd from them you'd get a bunch of cool shit. So of course loving the band I did. It came with the cd, a bunch of stickers and a fairly large poster that was autographed by the members of the band, the actual band members not this stamped or photocopied bullshit, and was limited to 100 copies. Luckily I was one of those 100. Fucking stoaked. Guess whats happened. I fucking lost the poster, stickers, AND CD. Which was an awesome fucking album too. Ugh. All thanks to my sister moving back in and me having to move a lot of my shit around to make room for her shit. Not fucking happy. I've been looking everywhere for it and still can't fucking find it. She better not have ruined my vinyl collection that I was starting. I kept it downstairs. Guess where she decided to move all her shit into instead of her old room? Yep. You guessed it. Rage. If anything is ruined she will be buying me a lot of expensive vinyl and some die-hards to make up for it.

Damn, I can't believe I've forgotten about this until now. I remember seeing it ages ago when I only found out about Dream Theater and wanted to hear more from them. That is indeed a hilarious cover, but great nonetheless.
So, I just got all the good Cryptopsy albums. (ie. the first three)
I must say, Blasphemy Made Flesh is my favourite. After listening to it all the way through, it's got a real old-school Death Metal vibe to it. And the bass is probably more audible than on any other record I've listened to. By comparison, None so Vile seems pretentious. Whisper Supremacy isn't awful, but DiSalvo isn't the greatest singer in the world, and while the pretentiousness remains, the incredible musical skill seems to have gone.
Should I bother getting the others? Because word on the street is that they aren't too good.
I used to think Cryptopsy's first two albums were good.
But then I started to like death metal.
