Man, either I've been too busy over the weekend or the Metal Hell has been really active since my last post yesterday. But hey, I welcome the new guy who has impressed me with his musical interests. :D

A few things I was supposed to mention yesterday, but forgot. Apparently, Gordon Brown is a metal fan and to be honest, I'm ashamed of this because I hate the guy who runs our country. Also, I'm happy to hear my dad giving some of my CDs a try and blasting out some Judas Priest and Megadeth on his hi-fi. He claimed Painkiller almost blew his speakers. :D

A lot of those bands are other genres to.

Like power + prog, or heavy + power, or technical + symphonic + power, etc.

Only a handful of them are JUST power metal.

I spend a lot of my time on youtube and myspace looking up music of all metal subgenres.

Mostly all of those bands i've listened to at one point or the other.

its been coming since last year really, i have always had moments when ive been a little down, but recently the appetite has gone out of the window, i no longer eat because i am hungry, but because i feel like i should.

then there is the sleep, its not a lack of the physical activity of sleep. i get tired, i go to bed, some nights i fall asleep quickly others i dont, but its always broken sleep i wake up regularly and toss and turn, i wake up feeling just as tired as when my head hit the pillow despite having slept in some cases a good eight hours.

also i have rather bad anxiety problems, to the point where i have nearly thrown up just from thinking about stupid ridiculous possibilities that would never happen but seem so real and so possible to me in those moments

previously i just thought fuck it, head down and push through it will be fine, im being stupid, then i realised that it was basically controlling me, to the point where i would do what i thought was right, rather then what i wanted to do.

the worst/best part is that it comes in waves so im not always down, not always mopey but it can suddenly hit me and im a wreck, i had a bit of a break down in waitrose the other day actually, was several levels of unfunny
