Not metal but, I just got Gypsy Punks by Gogol Bordello. It's a really fun punk album with a very cool old world feel to it. If you're in the mood for something different, get this album.

i've got three gogol bordello albums

gypsy punk fuck yeah

check out balkan beat box, it's kind of the same concept, only it's more electronica/hip-hop oriented. it has an old member of gogol bordello playing on it, it's fucking awesome/hilarious.

I've mainly heard bad thoughts about Land and it's a good thing I didn't intend to get that album anytime soon. If I ever want to get Land, I better make sure I have their other albums first. I have listened to tracks by other Tyr albums and I enjoy them.

Indeed, I was supposed to get this album back in May 2007, but the Amazon seller gave me a refund. So until now, I never got myself to try and get it again.

Despite feeling little else then disgust at most organized religion, I always thought deicide had rather childish and simplistic lyrics.

Recently gotten into a French band called Scarve.

They're reminiscent of Darkane. Melodic Death/Thrash Metal.
Really good stuff imo.

This signature makes use of various clichés and/or 'emotional' lyrics/quotes, hopefully it makes me appear deep.
