Glad to hear you like it. It was one of those cases where the first ten seconds alone was enough to make me crack a smile. It's unfortunate though, the band doesn't appear to have released much material and from what I heard from several different places the project is either on hold or all together not around anymore.

I just listenned to the album of Avantasia I just bought, I really like the songs, and all the guest vocalists are doing an awesome job. Sammet is trying too hard on some of the songs and I think it's kind of sad, but the first 5 songs are awesome.

Sometimes like Dickinson, mostly during shows I would say.
And for Kiske, your probably right, but Kiske is so hot, we just can't blame someone for trying to sound like him :P

Discovered some new bands: Azarath, Angelcorpse and Samael.
Azarath is Blackened Brutal Death Metal, Very slight Black metal influences though, Angelcorpse is Blackened Death, with more noteable Black elements, And Samael used to be Black metal, and turned to Industrial Metal.

Some songs I like by them:
Azarath- For Satan my blood
Angelcorpse- Antichrist Vanguard
Samael- Angel's Decay

I only listened to obZen.
Being hungover, tired and extremely short on space meant I only could be bothered to listened to 5 hours worth of the Ricky Gervais Show.
God its good :).

But I did like obZen.
Combustion was awful though. It was like an entirely different band, the production made it sound nothing like Meshuggah.
But beside that first song, the rest of the album I liked :), more than Chaosphere (overall) anyway, and thats the only other album I've gotten around to listen to.
Although I prefer Mr. Vocalists earlier style.

I've also had my hair cut. Lost about a foot of it. So its shorter than my shoulders now, but it means I like it again, which means I don't have to tie it back and despise it :).

My hair is wierd.. It only curls on the front. It looks pretty cool actually, it still goes in front of my eyes, and makes my hair look strong.

Wow, I've been growing mine for the exact same length of time. I'd say mine is about the same length, maybe less than an inch longer - but apparently my hair grows relatively quickly. I've always found that to be hard to substantiate (how fast hair grows: its fucking hair). I love my long hair also. I'd be pissed if someone cut it (without permission).

I'm glad I decided to grow it out because I always used to keep it really short, like a two or three on the clippers. Its funny, since I started college I'd been growing my hair out; nobody there knew me with short hair. I get a kick out of showing them my license picture (short-ass hair) and watching the reaction.
