Sad part about that is that Denver is stuck with him through the rest of the season, which means they are definitely going to be very erratic on offense, best case scenerio.

To be fair though, Denver has a horrible team around Tebow, {about the only teams that are worse talentwise is the Browns and Dolphins.} which makes it hard for him to do anything out there. Not to mention the best reciever they have now is Decker, who is below average WR, and a shaky running game to boot. For all intents and purposes, Tebow is still a rookie QB, and unless you're Dalton or Newton, rookies don't fare very well in the NFL, especially with no talent around them.

With all that said, I still don't want Tebow as my starting QB anytime soon, no matter how his holy fanbase clamors for him to start. {can't say the same thing for the Broncos.}

Denver beat Cincinnati.

With Kyle Orton starting and Brandon Lloyd on the team, I don't know what you're trying to do there. It's been historically hard to beat Denver at Mile High, and the Bengals are no exception to that. {even though we should've won that game, but regardless.}

Plus, last time I checked, the Bengals are 5-2, Browns are 3-4. It's highly suggested you stop talking about how bad the Bengals are, but then again, I guess your bark is louder than your bite, eh?

Never said anything about the Browns... it was about the Bengals. Defend your team.

I'll let the W-L record and our Top 2 defense speak for itself. That alone is worth more than anything I can say at this point. And before you use the "strength of schudule" argument, this ain't the BCS, there is no rankings based on performance.

Oh, and here's something else to ponder about, Dalton and AJ Green are rookies, who have exceeded everyone's expectations so far. Give it some time, and they'll be lighting up the league sooner or later.

Yep... this Denver team is tough as shit obviously.

Even good teams lose to bad teams from time to time, for example:

2008: Your Browns somehow defeated the Giants on MNF, and then the Giants went on to win 13 games that year.

2009: The lowly Bucs went to the Superdome and beat the Saints. New Orleans went on and won the Super Bowl about a month later.

2010: The Dolphins beat the Packers in Green Bay no less, and we all know what happened from there.

Get the picture? I know what I said would simply be considered white noise to you, but considering the circumstances, any type of hollow insults and nitpicking at the Bengals doesn't help your case. Judging a team that is above you in the AFC North may be convenient on your part, but it still doesn't make it right.

Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

Actually didn't go to this game because I could watch it from my room and it was really shitty weather outside. Plus, Miami beat the fuck out of Akron. Wasn't even that much fun to watch. Hopefully our game against Temple will be more exciting.

LSU and Alabama is obviously the biggest game being played tonight, and the cliche of the "irresistable force" vs. the "immovable object" would definitely apply to this game. Even if Bama or LSU loses this game, I still think that they are in the national title hunt, because they are just head and shoulders above everyone else, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if they do have a rematch for the title. {provided that Oklahoma State and Stanford lose of course, because Boise St. is not going to get in regardless.}

I'm going with the mad hatter and LSU to win. {I'm starting to wish that this game was played at noon, this game has already been overanalysed to death, TBH.}

As for the undercard matchups, Arkansas and South Carolina looks like it's going to be a good one, even though this game is going to be overshadowed by LSU-Bama, I've got Arkansas in a close one. Another one is OSU and Kansas State in Stillwater, which I have the Cowboys winning by double digits, partly due to the fact that the Cowboys have too much offense for K-State to handle.

And of course, Michigan is at Iowa. Iowa has always been a problem for us for some reason, even when they have sucked over the years, particularly at their place. With that said, Michigan should win this game by at least 2 TD, because Iowa doesn't have that good of a team, {especially when you lose to Minnesota, and Iowa State.} and the Wolverines have way too much offense for Iowa to handle, and a defense that won't let the Hawkeyes get too far.

My Miami RedHawks take the day off to prepare for next wednesday's game against Temple and the Ohio State Buckeyes play 1-8 Indiana. I can't see today being very exciting for me in terms of college football. The LSU v. Alabama game looks interesting, but I don't know if I can get into it really. I still absolutely hate the Top 25 Rankings in the NCAA.

I agree with everything you said other than the rematch for the national title. I don't see the voters allowing that even though the computer might allow it. I think Alabama is going to win just do solely they are playing at home and the crowd will be wild.

Heh, Michigan got hosed by the refs twice in the last minute of the game. That one receiver's knee was down in the endzone and on the 4th down play that was clearly defensive holding and pass interference. But I guess you should not let it get to that point and for ffs run Robinson when you are that close to the endzone.

Hell, Michigan did get hosed more times that that with the refs, {not the first time that this has happened to us over the last few years.} particularly with the no call pass interference earlier in the game that Iowa got away with. I'll give credit to Iowa for showing up to play after choking against a shitty Minnesota team, but at the same time, Michigan did get the short end of the calls, and we just couldn't get going until it was too late.

I'll let you have this one, Travis, but don't get too confident yet, your Bucks still have to play in Ann Arbor in a few weeks against you know who, and this time, I know that victory will be on our side. Having an opposing freshman QB dealing with 110,000+ people in the Big House isn't an easy thing to deal with, and I'll keep it at that. {for now.}

Funny, the Oklahoma State Kansas State is much more interesting than the game of the century Bama and LSU. Hopefully it will be better in the 4th.

It's okay, until he got injured, he was doing great in Lincoln. The only thing we really have to worry about is containing your QB, because we all know that he is good for at least 2 picks, especially against Ohio State.

Maybe, but when the game gets real close, I would want to have Denard Robinson as my QB to make the last second play to win the game, and if you don't believe me, just go ask Notre Dame and Illinois what happened. Your defense may be good, but Indiana still carved up your vaunted defense for 3 and a half quarters, so it's not like it's LSU's or Alabama's defense.

I love that smug sense of confidence though.

I don't know, you're touting Braxton Miller pretty heavily if I do say so myself. I mean, he's slightly above a 50% passer, and he tends to scramble first and pass second. But hey, let them keep on pushing that square peg into that round hole, if it makes you feel any better. {Hell, I think we're doing the same thing too with Denard, but experience trumps potential any day of the week.}

I'm gonna be honest... you guys are pissing me off. The outcome I want for the Big Ten, regardless of who wins in Ann Arbor, is a Michigan-Ohio State Big Ten Championship game as well, the way it should be.

Well, all I can say is, be careful what you ask for, you just might get it, especially if you try to undervalue Michigan's chances.

Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

I find it fascinating that the Bengals don't get to play in a single Sunday Night or Monday Night football game this season. I understand the fear that those games might be blacked out in our home market because Mike Brown can't sell tickets very well, but it's crazy to me that we didn't get to be in any as a visiting team. I guess that's just the way things work. What makes it even worse is that teams with worse records than the Bengals, like the Rams, Dolphins, Cardinals, get to play in a decent amount of these games. Is there a specific reason that we're getting the shaft like that? Is it a money thing?

NO LOVE FOR THE QUEEN CITY I GUESS.
