So frustrating watching my team (Jets) lose to the Ravens. At least the Ravens deserved to win though, they were the better team throughout the whole game.

OU Texas

That is all.

Okay some more. In mid afternoon No. 17 Florida at No. 1 LSU could be decent to watch. I think the Tiger will run all over Florida but hey maybe they will show up. Miami (FL) at No. 21 Virginia Tech could be an interesting watch as well.

No. 15 Auburn at No. 10 Arkansas looks like a good match up in the evening. I got Auburn in this one. No. 24 Texas A&M at Texas Tech is another decent watch. I just want to see if the Aggies will show up in the second half for a change. And Ohio State at No. 14 Nebraska for the late game might be mildly interesting. It's homecoming week for the Huskers so I guess I'll go with them since you usually pick the weakest team on homecoming so you can win in front of all the alumni.

The OU-Texas is going as expected, 20-3 Sooners.

I'm kind of surprised that no one has mention the passing of Al Davis. Link. You either love him or hate him but regardless he has been a symbol in the NFL; controversial and combative but you always respect him.

My school's team finally got its first win today! I'm so damn happy!

The Miami University RedHawks beat the West Point Black Knights by a score of 35-28!

Guys, Al Davis of the Oakland died today.

What a bummer. It's always sad when football icons like this pass away.

Well, for the first half, it look like OSU would pull an upset, then the wheels just came off. TBH, I was expecting the Bucks to just lie down and take their asswhipping, like they did with Michigan State. But at the very least, I will give them a little credit for growing a set and showing up to play. {in the first half.}

No... Bauserdouche lost that game.

When Braxton went down, the ship sunk. You do have to give credit for Nebraska for fighting back in the second half, and considering it was in Lincoln, they had to win that game to validate themselves after they got curb stomped at Camp Randall.

I can't wait to listen to The Common Man and The Torg (Radio Show) on Monday. They already hate Bausercrap and they are gonna crack on him so bad.

For the first time in a while, I might here those 2 actually crack back on the Bucks, instead of slurping up to them. Meanwhile up north, Michigan is 6-0, even after a rough 1st half against Northwestern, {aka our bitch} we pulled away in the 2nd half, and we won the game, business as usual.

And before I forget, RIP Al Davis. Say what you will about what he has done recently with the team, Davis was a genius back when he was in the AFL days, and for what he did as the owner with the Raiders in the 70's and 80's, from being the first to hire minoirity head coaches, {Tom Flores and Art Shell.} to getting players who were either washed up or had some dust-ups with authority and win with them. He absolutely will be missed.

Chances are there will be people jumping on Eli for that interception but keep in mind, that dumb penalty beforehand moved the offense back 5 yards further. Also when the defense gave up that much points to the Seahawks, you know it's not good.

I'm going to leave it at that before it gets worse, it's sickening.

So far, I'm 7-4 with my NFL picks this week. Not too bad for a week that's only going to have 13 games, but I'm pissed that Houston wasn't able to pull through to beat Oakland, but I'm also pretty happy that the Bengals were able to come together to beat Jacksonville. It's been a pretty decent week in my opinion.

Miami and St. Louis have also not won a game this season. They've only played four games, though.

And they say Peyton is a product of a good team.

Well if that's true, then Rodgers, Brady and Brees are also a product of a good team as well. The Colts were a team that was so centered around Manning, that the backups can't really do much of anything, even if Curtis Painter is trying his damndest to right the ship. This obviously justifies why Peyton deserves and has won all those regular season MVPs in the past.

The NFC East are definitely the biggest losers this week, what with Philly losing again, on a penalty on 3rd down no less to end the game. I really can't put a finger on why they keep losing, whether it's tackling, chemistry, bad luck, whatever the case may be, Vick is still lighting up defenses, but maybe he should light up his own team's defense.

As for the Giants, I really do think that Eli could be the best QB in the NFC East right now, but when you have so many turnovers, I'm really starting to have second thoughts about that. Not to mention, 5 turnovers to the Seahawks, THE SEAHAWKS!!!, I kinda feel stupid trying to defend him when he keeps shooting himself in the foot like this.

The Eagles just have piss poor luck this season, 3/4 of their losses seemed to have been from 4th quarter comebacks; they just don't know how to finish a game. It also doesn't help when your turnover ratio is -10

I have to agree, the Eagles just seem to have bad luck, they should not have lost to San Francisco and Buffalo at all, considering how ultra talented they are. Of course, when Vick gets hit so much and they turn the ball over that much, they aren't going to win shit. Talent alone doesn't win games, but it definitely doesn't help when they can't do the little things right either.

As for the Giants, I really do think that Eli could be the best QB in the NFC East right now, but when you have so many turnovers, I'm really starting to have second thoughts about that. That's what I love about our quarterback, you never feel safe watching a Giant's game. Makes it much more exciting. I was monitoring the Seahawks game from nfl.com, watching how both teams were progressing down field, ecstatic when we took the lead, only to watch it taken back. Well, the Eagles game wrapped up, and so Fox transferred over to when Eli was on the 7. First fuckin play I see, the Seahawks defender takes it back to the house. Good ole Eli, at least you have a ring.

That's why it sucks sometimes trying to be prove that Eli is an elite QB, or at the very least a very good one. It wasn't that long ago that Eli was a borderline MVP candidate, when he went 13-3 and coming off a Super Bowl win over the Patriots the previous year, I wouldn't have thought that he would sprial downhill like this.

Made a nice transition into the Jets game.

I feel like the bottom is going to collapse on the Jets soon, this team is simply not good enough to get to a Super Bowl, much less win the division or probably make the playoffs for that matter.

Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

Detroit Lions are 5-0 for the first time since 1956, and are the only undefeated team left besides Green Bay. Even though this was certainly a sloppy game in terms of penalties at times, this certainly proves that the Lions are for real. Now I'm hoping that the Lions and the Pack go undefeated until they play each other on Thanksgiving, the first relevent Thanksgiving game for the Lions in a long time.

Bears vs. Lions was quite a penalty fest, almost 10 false start penalties on the Bears alone.

Anyway, I was 7-6 this week, that's a total of 49-28 for me.
