I find it funny that the Saints have the Worst defense at giving yards up in the history of the NFL, it was 475 yards per game but they're still able to win continuously because of Drew Brees and that offense. If Saints make the playoffs they'll probably lose in the Playoffs if their defense don't get any better but its an accomplishment on its own that Saints are winning with one of the worst defenses in football. i thought I heard Announcers claim that they have the worst defense in the NFL ever, I could be wrong tho.

Hey, did we talk about this here before? I can't remember...

Beyonce is gonna be the halftime performer at the 2013 Super Bowl.

Not so sure how I feel about this. It's not as exciting to me as Bruce Springsteen or The Who, but I think it's a better choice than Madonna was....

I don't watch those Half-time performances, I think the only ones I caught part of or entirely was Prince and Paul McCartney. I know I watched the entire Paul McCartney one because my Team was in that Super Bowl.

If the Saints makes it to the playoffs, I believe Brees should win the MVP. I know there are QBs with teams that has better record but when you consider what the Saints went through with the scandal and all, leading to suspensions of the defense and their coach, it tells you something.

Also in regards to the contract the Saints forced themselves to give Brees, they'll learn that he worth every penny (well, most of them).

Are Da Bears Super Bowl run over this year without Cutler?

I think so, he was a huge part of that Offense. Unless Da Bears defense start holding teams to only 3-9 points and score a bunch of field goals from now on and win games like 12-9 and 12-3. I doubt it tho, while the Bears defense is good it has not really had that many low scoring games to hold the Opponents to low scoring games.

Jets, Bills, Raiders, Eagles, Redskins, or Rams. If I had to choose, I would say my Eagles because I think they have talent on the offense but just need to put it together more often. Their defense was good before they cut Juan Castillo. I still don't understand why they cut Juan Castillo. But honestly I think neither of these teams are bouncing back, I think they're confidence has been completely shot. Who knows tho...

None of them.

I'd argue that anyone in the NFC that hasn't got 6 wins yet may as well give up. One of the Bears or Packers is taking the first wildcard spot, while the Seahawks look hot favourites for the second (with a reasonable run in). I don't see anyone further back than the Vikings having any shot at that second wild card (sorry Saints and Lions, but the damage has been done). So the only way in on the NFC is winning the division. Only the NFC East is close enough, and I don't see the Giants falling back. Cowboys may stand a chance should Eli continue to play badly, Eagles will be lucky to finish third.

So that leaves the AFC. I would have said that was nearly done and dusted too, with one of the Steelers or Ravens taking one wildcard and the Colts looking good for the second. None of the divisions are close enough for a team to steal them. But with Big Ben out for what looks like a while, the Bengals might fancy sneaking in and taking their wildcard. Equally a side that can put together a run could sneak through in the second wildcard, but no teams look capable of that for me. The AFC is full of bad teams below the top 4 or 5.

Last I heard Cutler was only out for a game or two... they should have more than enough wins in the bag already to make the playoffs, though they will do well to hold off the Packers and win the division. If he was out in the playoffs they would be doomed, as would any team that lost their franchise quarter back in the post season, but as he should be back by then they still have a decent shot.

Cutler will be back soon, so they won't have much to fear in terms of winning their division, or at the very worst win a wild-card spot. Campbell is actually a decent QB in his own right, and it's pretty obvious that the Bears like to run the ball a lot, so Campbell should hold down the fort quite nicely. The only problem is that they go up against the 49ers at their place, and I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that they aren't going to be too happy that they let a game against the Rams end in a tie.

Luckily for them, the Bears schedule gets a little easier after this game, so even if Cutler is out for more than a week, {not likely} then they can still hold on to their lead with Campbell at the helm.

So, I think I'm going to actually try to enjoy some of the college football games today. I don't know why, but with the end of the SEC's stranglehold of the National Title Game in sight, I've started taking more interest in the games. I'm gonna try to see all of the undefeated teams (Excluding OSU since they're on probation) today:

Wake Forest @ #3 Notre Dame (3:30 PM EST on NBC): I'm thinking this will be an easy win for the Fighting Irish. Meh.
#1 Kansas State @ Baylor (8:00 PM EST on ESPN): Another gimmie game. Kansas has this one in the bag.
#13 Stanford @ #2 Oregon (8:00 PM EST on ABC): This will be the fun one to watch. I'm hoping for a Stanford upset!

Anyone else got picks for these games?

Do Buffalo Bills have the talent to keep winning to make the playoffs? Or no way in hell?

I like the rest of Buffalo Bills schedule, I think they can do it. It all comes down to how much they want it and they must have ball security otherwise they will lose the games they need to do it. I think they can do it with a 9-7 or 10-6 record.

Bills at Colts= This is the game that could decide the season, Colts are definitely favorites going in but Bills have to play their best Football to win this game. It won't be easy but it's possible.

Jags at Buffalo Bills= Bills should win

Rams at Buffalo Bills= Rams are a very tough team but its a winnable game for Bills

SeaHawks at Bills= SeaHawks are tough but they are not as tough as they are at home, a winnable game.

Bills at Dolphins= I think Bills can win this game.

Jets at Bills= Winnable game against a very struggling Jets team

I think they can do it.

If Da Bears win the Super Bowl this year, than I'd say that America is right for re-electing President Obama. That is his football team.

True, Wake Forest didn't put up much of a fight. I don't even see USC putting much of a fight against the Irish either.

#1 Kansas State @ Baylor (8:00 PM EST on ESPN): Another gimmie game. Kansas has this one in the bag.

It's 35-17 Baylor at this point. I don't know where the real Kansas State team went, but there is no reason why they should be down by that much against a horrid defense.

#13 Stanford @ #2 Oregon (8:00 PM EST on ABC): This will be the fun one to watch. I'm hoping for a Stanford upset!

Just now, Oregon took the lead, but Stanford is playing them rather tough as usual. Expect the Ducks to pull away in the 4th quarter, because I'm sure that they aren't going to let a national title slip through their hands again.

WRONG. Oregon and Kansas State fucked up their undefeated seasons today putting the Fighting Irish at #1 in the country and giving the SEC another shot at getting into the BCS Title Game. Unbelievable day of college ball.

Sports Illustrated's Peter King said in one of the recent issues of the magazine that he could see the Bengals taking the AFC's #6 seed spot in the playoffs this season and I think he might be right. It all depends on how they deal with the next five games. I personally think that taking down the Chiefs, Raiders, Chargers, Cowboys, and Eagles can be done if Andy Dalton doesn't turn over the ball too much and the defense doesn't give up completely like it has in the past.

And so the Browns went and committed a retarded penalty that puts the Cowchips into the red zone. Seriously, are you guys really that retarded? Thanks for nothing.

At the very least, the Browns showed some of the major holes that are present in the Cowboys team. The other teams that have to face Dallas should be studying today's game very closely.

Sadly, yes they are. It's no secret that I railed the Browns on stuff like this before, but this might be one of the worst cases of dumbfuckery they have done on-field. To have a double-digit lead against the Cowboys at their place, and to lose it in the end, well that's not a surprise that they would lose that game, but at the other side of the coin, competitive teams don't fall apart like that. And to think that people say that they're being competitive in these losses, to a certain extent this is true, but in the end, they're 2-8, and if Browns fans want to call that competitive, they're even more delusional than I previously thought possible.

Also, just when everyone was burying the SEC, Oregon and K-state found ways to tank games, and now it's all but assured that an SEC team will be in the title game again, and most likely win it all again. Funny how things can change in a short amount of time, 1 week the SEC is dead, the next week the SEC is telling everyone to suck it.

Cowboys are fucking garbage, so are my Eagles but even if Cowboys sneak their way into the playoffs they have too many holes that any team they face would beat them. Even the Saints with one of the worst defenses at giving up Yards would take them out in the playoffs.

I see that The Eagles are playing for draft picks, instead of their own jobs. Time to cut a lot of people including Andy Reid and possibly Morti Moron or whatever our offensive coordinators name is since our offense has looked like a joke this season. Our defense only looked respectable when Juan Castillo was the defensive Coach. Why did they ever even fire Juan Castillo? He was one of the reasons Eagles even won 3 games this year.

Cowboys, Lions and Thanksgiving; nothing better.
Yeah sure Dallas will win, the Texas are going to destroy the Lions, and Pats and Jets will be over in the first half in time for big box stores to shove early Black Friday deals down our throats, but still, a day of football on turkey day has some since of tradition about it even if the match ups are not the best.

Who will win today in the NFL Thanksgiving Games? What are your picks? Here are mine!?

Texans beat the struggling Lions in Detroit

Redskins pull off mild upset over Cowboys in Dallas

Patriots crush the Jets in a game that isn't even really competitive at all.

I can't estimate a score in these games, I'm sure Pats are capable of scoring at will against the Jets tho.
