Reviews for "Amorphous"

Fun with something to look foward to

I enjoyed trying to find all the hidden monsters. maybe having hints or clues as to how to 'make' the hidden one like Horror.

Dispite the last entries futile attempt to flaunt their science degree, you did a good job describing the monsters. Felt like they were actually real monsters.

innocuousGames responds:

The clues are hidden in the beastiary entries and (especially) the before-game tips. I know, there are a ton of tips, they're randomly shown (within the bounds of what you've unlocked and what you're doing), and you only get to see one each time you play. But I promise, some of them are really helpful as you're figuring out how things work.

As a little note, the quickest way to browse the Tips that pertain to a specific Gloople is to turn on only that Gloople in practice mode, read the tip, then quit (press Spacebar) and go into Practice and straight to another tip. Still random but you can thumb through them pretty fast that way.

I should have put in a "browse tips" section. Hmm.

Loved It!

Ok - a few things - pause button for the love of god! All the general stuff suggested by other reviews as well as sound effect mute option please!

Your quasi science made me laugh, as a degree student studying for a haematology and immunology exam @ 9.30 tomo. It was hilarious, but also highly detrimental to my exam - not only am I did I waste time I could have beein revising playing ur addictive game, but I am going to write about Gloopies instead of immunoglobulins tomo!

Damn you to hell sah!

I love this review. Not because it's extremely flattering (okay, maybe somewhat because of that) but because it's like an Quantum Physicist watching Star Trek and going "Hahaha. Tachyons. Silly SciFi writers." Funny to me.

But yes, as I've mentioned, a pause button would be very nice and something I wanted to do. If anyone knows a simple way to impliment this that I may have missed (that they want to share) let me know. Otherwise... it's a lot of work and I frankly will probably just move on to a new project.

A mute-all button, on the other hand, is something I may add in the near future. The "Music" option really should have been "Sound" with All, Music Off, and None settings, I am now realizing, and this would NOT be something difficult to impliment. A change that would probably be worth making.

I'd like to say that I mourne your immunology exam score... but I'm really just thrilled that you're enjoying the game that much. Thanks so much for the comments.
