Here's what this Flash has going for it: a good song and amusing imagery (such as the inclusion of Foamy and that evil frowny face). However, its weak suit is the scrawliness of the drawings. The lines could do with a global smoothing. Fades are done wrong, so each layer fades out separately. I dislike the mixture of stick men, raster images, and filled figures. The worst visual moment in the Flash is "the race is long" part where the track ascends above the horizon. Overall, a good accompaniment to The Sunscreen Song, with the exception of the awful lipsynching misalignment on "respect your elders."

I can explain some of the bad drawings....the race is long part was done with finger mouse, and others with just a mouse. That's why some better artists are on front page, they're Wacom-Bound. The lip-syncing misalignment was inevitable because I had to up the sound quality, and the lip synching was skewered.
As for stickmen, google'd images, and filled figures, they were all tests. If you read the author comments, it says why I used them. Not that I like stickmen, but I wanted to see if it worked.

Well, you said you did this over a long period of time to pass time?, well it turned out alright. I mean the graphics werent the best, the voice over work wasnt very clear. But yeah you can see that this would have taken awhile to make and for that you get props in my book. keep it up sir.

Needs work
The "song" itself is so good and true that it makes the rest of the flash seem better than it really is. Your art really needs work. It took me a while to figure out that the the thing the guy pulled out from under the podium at the beginning was a guitar. It really did not look like one. Not to mention pretty much all the rest of the art in the flash. The animation wasn't bad however. When there was movement it went relatively smoothly. As far as style goes, you did pretty well, even though you were just animating whatever the lyrics said (far too literally most of the time), which generally irks me in music videos. Basically that's it. Just work on improving your art.

I worked on this for 4 months, but since I slacked off some times, during the begining was when I didn't know too much about shading, but I got the hang of it later on. You can see how some things improved during the song.
Thank you for your constructive critisism. I can't appeal to everyone's tastes, but I'm gonna try my hardest.

It was kinda boring but it made a whole hell of alot of sence. I was expecting humor about the imprtance of sunscreen but, I found a whole worth of advice. the art work could have been better but, the content made me overlook that since it gave me some good things to remeber and I higly reccomend this flash to anyone who wants to learn a little wisdom.
