Not too entertaining, just about average
Okay, so the tools provided within the flash program somehow became inferior. I don't see the point your making. "Don't use these tools and methods since I consider them easy." I personally haven't watched every single animation done by this individual, but I have seen a fair sample including the first episode when it was upped. I don't think it's random that the score he has is at that level. I've visited Newgrounds since 1998-99 and the majority of material has evolved from killing famous people to actually story and opinions. illwill actually brought something new and entertaining instead of fighting stickmen. Time passed and now everyone is jumping on some sort of hating frenzy. Opinions and political standings should never be used in judgement although I read so many reviews which are based on this alone... Quality is not just animation and graphics, but style, sound, humor, etc... and I don't see how anyones score can be considered some sort of fluke or mistake especially by the pure volume of votes it went to average it. That being said my review of your movie without association to my rant/opinion:
The voices were actually pretty clear compared to other clock movies which utilize the same tool. Graphics wise it was okay. Nothing very detailed but decent. It's hard to rate on style since 80% of the clock crew uses the same template...it kind of takes away from the unique feel of a movie. Overall it was okay but nothing new.

First off, I don't really like how you're just bashing on someone elses work.
Okay, it was a good movie for a clock thingy... but I have never really found the clock movies to be any better then the way you put the Ill Will Press stuff. Since I'm not an animator, I can't really appreciate how hard it is to acctually animate. But as far as I can tell, the clock movies are pretty simple themselves.
The animation was alright, given. I liked the look of it, even though I would guess that much of it was copy and paste. I can agree with some of your points, such as the backgrounds, and the characters, but only because those are broad general things. my biggest thing, as with all clock movies, is that damned voice. It completly screws up the sound quality, and looks way too unprofessional.
One more thing: The End has just a bit too much of the look of trying to look like they wanted to acctually get it wrong.

Yes, motion tweens, trace-bitmapping, and a paintbrush tool are pretty simple. Damn that foamy and his simplicity! Yet I can't figure out which is worse, the fact that foamy is one of the most popular things on newgrounds by being so simple, or the fact that faomy beats out most of the clocks, just by being so simple.
I'm a fan of foamy (while I wouldn't be called a t-shirt wearing 'foamy fan'), and 7/10 of you robot-voiced clocks annoy me. You know what's really pathetic? Microsoft speech, three frames of a size-transformed circle for each word, and moving arrows to show who's talking.

You don't understand
IllWillPress is famous because he is good at cranking out content that people laugh at. Some people are famous for style and story, but others just want to make people laugh. And if he wants to include racist or sexual content, that's his business. You just have to realize that a lot of what he says is true to life. For instance, for racism, you showed the Indian Tech Support Rep; have you ever been on the phone with tech support from India? I don't think so. They, while not to the degree that IllWillPress puts it, don't know what they are talking about. Trust me though, if his flash wasn't good, it wouldn't make front page all the time, unlike say... this flash movie. Besides, the people who have seen more flash than any of us on the site, Tom and Wade, are the ones who put stuff on the front page. So before you try to bash something for being famous, think about why it's famous.

Don't try and start an argument that you know nothing about, Illwillpress gained his popularity in the early days for newgrounds, it was a lot easier to be successful back then, if anything was better than a Xiao Xiao spoof, it was worshipped and the other was idolized, furthermore, using racism and sexual innuendo as a vice to get people to keep watching your series isn't the least bit creative, and it's not a unique style or "his buisness" as you say, if I were to make a movie about the genocide of a specific race, just because I couldn't think of anything else, would that make me a creative genious?
