wow invaderjim how the hell can u call illwillpress the greatest flash artist of our time? he isnt an artist... hes a comedian... there are tons of submissions on newgrounds with much better "artistry" than any foamy episode out there... im a fan of illwillpress but not a mindless slave to his corperate image... Personally I like rants, and I'm ok with racist jokes of any kind (even of my own race yeah).
I dont really agree with the IWP stuff, and I'm not a big fan but I laugh at some of them.
I do think this is actually a pretty good tutorial to get people started with flash though lol.
I give this a 3/5 and 6/10 cause I do like the mini-tutorial. Anything that gets people interested in making their own movies is good for me :P

But seriously. I don´t particularly like the Foamy rants, and I´m pretty sure there are many people who don´t. But RACISM? I mean, come on! The cartoon with the India tech support may have opted for cheap laughs, but would you have been happier if it had gone against Darlene from the Alabama? Would that have been racism agains white tra... urm, folks, then? Anyhow, before you make accusations as serious as that you should really be sure of them. Search your feelings you must...
If you don't think Illwillpress is a racist then you obviously haven't seen his latest movie, he refers to people from Mexico as "Border hopping burito suckers", that's hitting below the belt if you ask me.

You achieved your goal --- spending no time making this simple animation and receiving a higher score than IllWillPress and I had no problem helping you reach that goal. The topic is nothing new but you did a nice job putting it together. It's amazing how many people are Foamy fans, almost every review shows an overall rating of 2 or below. Where's their sense of humor? Your description of IllWillPress' process is pretty acurate, and he always receives high scores and has endless fans. Seems like the fans would realize this and be able to laugh at it, they know what they're watching. Hey, it's fine if you enjoy Foamy, but be realistic. On its own this animation wouldn't stand up very well, but considering the subject matter and the fact that it was deliberately done quickly and really couldn't be done anyother way, I gave it a higher score.

I must admit, that your views are interesting. Whilst his submissions may lack any effort, they are thoughts of the common person. Yes he may be a bigot, a racism, and a pervert, these are the things that appeal to a vast majority of the people on sites like this. It is no wonder why he is successful in his endeavor, he appeals to his target audience. I am all for expressing ideas and concepts, but I think it a tasteless thing when animators bash other animators. However, you did it in a tasteful way. So I applaud your efforts. However, I will remain a fan of Mr. Mathers's work. So, in all fairness, I guess that makes me a bigot, racist, and sexual pervert. What can I say, I find some of his works to be funny. I am guilty as charged, but kudos to you and your sense of tact.
