i do feel sympathy for ur loss but on the flash basis its just a bit mediocre on the movement and the voices i couldnt hear until i turned my volume up half-way. however this is still good and better than alot of flshes ive seen.

It's not bad.
You managed to pull of the anime look kind of, but one thing: The voice-actors are terrible. If it's to be like English-translated animes, it was a bad idea to keep the bad voice-acting thing. Watch Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo to see how good English voice-acting is done ;)

Hey its me Draco, I wrote a review for part 1 and I say that this is a nice thing your doing for you brother. I have some advice: Dont let the people who say that this flash sucks bother you. They are only trying to beat you down. I had some expierences myself once on an online game. But I didn't let them bother me. I may be wrong about them but who knows anyway? Anyhoo, the flash wasn't 100% great but that doesn't matter. The important thing is what your doing for your bro. I bet he's looking down on you from Heaven and smiling at all the wonderful things your doing for him. Well, least your brother is in a better place now. I mean did you ever hear the rumors? They say you can eats tons of food and never get fat. Awsome! *Cough* Sorry, just trying to make you cheer up. I'm having a rough time with depression right now and a lot of problems with my stomach.
