Awesome game... but kinda falls short.

This is a great game, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. BUT... it does fall a bit short in some areas. For example... there should be different weapons you can use, like a spread shot, or a beam that you can swipe over a few enemies. Maybe helper turrets that shoot at enemies who get close? Or a flash freeze that stops enemies in place for a short time. It was nifty... but after a little bit (once you got the hang of the controls) it turned into just another click-fest.

I wish you'd written a review for the first Overrun with those suggestions, I would certainly have included more than one of them in the game. But I've been working on this for so long now, I'm glad to see the back of it, so I'm fairly certain there won't be an Overrun III. Time to move on to a completely different mission.

Good, but.....

i found it very repetitive and boring to play. A few more extras wouldn't have done any harm. The graphics were good though and the controls well thought out, one of the best flashes I've played in a while.

Well, I have to admit you're not the first to say it's boring - although more people are saying addictive, so I guess it's just proof that you can't please everyone. Thanks for the review, anyway.

Overrun II

This is a fun arcade-type game that is sure to keep you intertianed for a while. 8/10

I found this to be a pretty good game. I think its biggest strengths are that you some cool enemy designs. It seems like you were just going around and looking for household objects to throw at us. I don't know what some of these things are, but they're well done. I also appreciate being able to monitor what the enemies do. The upgrades are nice too.

You probably could have had more variety. I can tell when a level is about to end. The most annoying things were the yellow birds because they could attack you from above. Dang, you used a lot of songs for this. It wasn't common in this time to do that.
