Amazing fast action.

What I loved the most about this game is that it not only throws an insane amount of action at you, but it rewards you for being able to make quick decisions while under fire. Should you go for the guy closing in on you, or attack a group of guys that are far away to get more points, are you in a situation where you need to use a bomb or should you save it for the tougher levels.

I like that, as you go through the game the levels get darker and the music gets more intense. The first few levels have simple bright backdrops but later levels have dark out of this world backrounds with intense pounding music.

While similar to the first Overrun the little improvements make this vastly superior, new and better enemies, great upgrade system, scoreboard. There are still a few improvements that could make the game better such as adding different hit zones for enemies, where shooting a stickman in the head would give you a one hit kill, but little things like that don't effect my opinion of this game at all.

This man has a tactical mind =). Nice idea about hitzones, wouldn't be too hard to implement, but I don't know if there'll ever be an Overrun III... I have no plans for it right now. Thank you for the detailed review.

Very very fun!

Excellent game!

Okay, I havn't played the original Overrun yet, but I don't think I need to play that game. Anyway, this is a brilliant game you have made. The graphics are very good and the details of the enemies are very good. The 3D graphics and gaming makes it well better. The background is very good as well.

Using a variety of music is something I find a very good idea. I find the music fits nicely with the levels. Also, I like the sounds for the enemies, noises of weapons etc.

The gameplay is excellent! Able to turn 360 degrees both ways is very nice. I know that must've took a hell long time to get it to work properly. Also, shooting enemies that come almost everywhere, it's madness and those sort of things in games is what I like very much. The upgrade part is another great feature. Buying some nice upgrades is good and I know I can get some upgrades for free when I'm fighting the enemies. ;)

The other very very good thing about this flash is a save feature. I mean, I would find it a major pain to start the game all over again when I next play on the game. Another thing, the online top 50 is a nice feature as well. It's interesting to see what scores people got on the game.

If Overrun III is ever going to made, I will definately want to play the game! Excellent work!

Actually, the 360 degree thing was one of the easiest to implement. It was creating all the graphics that took the majority of the time, plus various little bits of coding for the radar, shop, etc. Glad you liked the game, anyway, but I doubt very much whether there'll be an Overrun III.

Dude that game was freaking sweet i just beat it i=and i loved it reminds me of the old days when most shooting games where like that. Kepp up the good work man
