Reviews for "Invasion 3"

Still too easy

Massed archers still rule the field, as in Invasion 2. Only difference is that now it's safer to launch a horde of Infantry on their tails. Un-upgraded infantry at that, since you don't want them moving fast, which is a very cheap solution at higher levels.

It' still far, far too easy. Increasing the number of arrows coming from the defenders at each level was a good idea, but it didn't work out very well. Either reduce the range of archers or reduce their damage more.

The new animation is excellent.

Don't use the function keys for anything in Flash. Many browsers reserve them for other purposes.

All things considered, however, it's noticeably better than the previous one. I'd suggest making another and doing a lot more testing for unit imbalances.

hey mongoid, yeah im talkin 2 you dumass

you just need top send out archers and cannons, send out a bit of knights to distract the arrows then immediatly send out a bulk of archers then a few knights and a cannon or two, the archers will protect the cannons as they are taller, and the combination of the 2 will take down the castle easily. save after each level, and upgrade your archers for cheap.

Hmm...

Nice but little boring after some while...

It's okay.

I fail to see how one arrow defeats a battering ram. I have yet to get past level one. The arrows decimate my advancing men, only to have them instantly killed by boiling water weh they reach the wall. There's no way to defend my army, so what's the point of sending them out in small increments.

Ok art, decent programming, but with a poorly thought out strategy.

Excellent idea...

...but the game gets dull after you realise it's always the same thing. My advise to make the game interesting is that you should make it so a different strategy is necessary to beat each level. Of course this implies that the castle must have more defending resources. As people have pointed out, now all you need to beat each level is a load of infantries (at least up to level 6, when I stopped playing).

Also, say what are the upgrades for exactly. And what is the use of buying buildings?!
