This is some scary devil worshipping shit man! But i got to admit, you did a really good job on the scary part!
God I hate shit like that.
Don't mean I didn't like the game, it was fine, just fucking exorcist faces jumping out everywhere, I'm still shaking.
Great atmosphere, but long button-hunt
This flash certainly gets points for being creepy, from the faces jumping out at you to the Myst-like exploration of the house, where occasionally, out of the corner of your eye, you see something move, so slight that you aren't sure you saw it, but on closer inspection you realize that, yes, something was there.
Some of the symbols were very hard to find, and I had to turn the brightness of my monitor up to 100% to even see some of the tiny details essential to passing the game.
I've tried looking at both of the walkthroughs, but the accounts are both down, although I've pieced together a few things from reading the other reviews, like the fact that there was an Attic I'd missed. I didn't need the safe combination in there to open the wall safe though.. if you look carefully at the text in the lower-right corner as you push the safe buttons, you'll set it blur slightly if you hit a right number, and get increasingly blurred each additional one you hit.
I did finally get into the cellar, which actually was very well done. Picking up the axe and carrying around with you like a first-person shooter came in quite handy. Great ending(s)! Happy Halloween....
