Enter the house like normal go to kitcen open micro wave and see head, then go upstairs gp to right enter room go to bathroom click sink,find key get out of the room and go downstairs and go to dark hallway DO THE STEPS AS TOLD DONT GOT TO ANY OTHER ROOMS BESIDE THE ONES METIONED OR IT WILL NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very good game all around. I was extremely impressed with the story and the puzzles. I didn't think it was going to be nearly as frightening as it was, so I was surprised when it turned out to be so scary.
