The ranks, in order from lowest to highest, are on page 5 at the bottom. It also tells you how to figure out your rank according to voting power (or for lower levels, by level).

HAHA, my mom gave up on punishing me a long time ago. I would never listen to her because I didn't think that I did anything wrong, so she stopped trying. And I password protect my own computer so my mom wouldn't be able to do anything to it anyway.

Your rank is based on your voting power. The higher your voting power, the better your rank. There is a list of the ranks and the voting power needed to obtain a rank on page 4 or 5, at the bottom.
