NEXT OFF... you do not give yourself a promotion. THE LIST ABOVE will tell you your current rank... you are listed on as your current rank. Yes, I'm saying the same thing twice but apparently you can't get it through your thick skulls. It's not that hard... the ranks are listed with a number on the far right, that number represents voting power, whichever one you fall on or above is your current ranking. I have listed your ranks FOR YOU. I didn't think that this would be necessary. When you feel it is time for promotion to the next rank... ask ME... at least until we have more people at higher ranks (and more people period). Until I see some more competence amongst you, I won't be handing out any higher ranks.

Please note that admins only apply to NG, and they would be Tom, Wade, and liljim. They do not post in NG Army, they probably will NEVER post in NG Army, currently Enoll is head honcho, his advisor is paulz_69, and I am the only general, and only 4star general.

But, if we advance in voting power enough to reach the next rank, we can't officially advance until we speak to someone of a much higher authority, correct?

That is correct, Master Sergeant. From now on if I see a change of your rank in your sig, there WILL BE consequences, I will let this one slide.
I am General Atomicus, if you are to address me it will be sir or General Atomicus. Leader refers to Enoll, whom you will most likely call sir, or General Enoll. He and paulz_69 (advisor to Enoll) are my superiors.
