um, grounded_dmx, i went on the members only part of the ng army website, but it wouldn't let me in, so i went to apply now, entered my nickname and e-mail address, but there was nowhere to submit the info(e.g no "submit now"button. Is that part ready yet, or am i doing something wrong?

I'm not sure... there is a Link... that says "APPLY NOW" then, it goes to a page that asks for ..."NG Nickname" and "E-mail" ... If you finish... I have to approve all that apply... and no one has yet...

once yo type in your nickname and email address theres no button to send the info to you.

I was not kidding. That little pic I posted... the 3rd column (honor column) from the right now has 500th post across from your name.
DemoxSlad: Do not try to hard for such an honor. It will be easy for command to tell whether or not you were trying to get it or not. Make sure that you read through the this thread... for rules and regulations, in case there are any missed rules on the sites.
