ok rules
i'll will post the standings for those racers in the chase for the nextel cup
the first person to volenteer can do the busch standings
everyone that joins can talk all they want about nascar or other races or cars try to stay to the subject

all posts must apply to the NG rules

is that good enough

Response to NASCAR Crew 2005-06-27 18:20:44

Michael, on the other hand, might make into the chase. He's only twenty-three points away from four-hundred, the maximum deficit amount allowed to be in the race. He has a legit shot. If he keeps up his streak of good finishes, he'll definitely be able to end up as one of the contenders for the Nextel Cup.

that was bad luck for Jr. after the wreck on what the 3rd lap well hopfully Micheal and Jeff Gordon will get into the chase the more racers the more interesting

My favourite drivers are Dale Jr and Carl Edwards (I dig that back-flip!) I don't think they'll both make it to the chase though.

Jr will make it if he wins five races upto the chase, but any less and he's sunk.

that would be good but i don't think Jr will win five races though you got a better chance of everyone in the chase crashes the next three races

Hrm... Thats funny... NOT... (and not true)

I find NASCAR very addicting to watch... I dont follow the standings or anything i just enjoy watching and i've gone to a few NASCAR races... Jeff Gordon is my favorite driver cause hes the only one i knew for a while (till i got into NASCAR) and well i stuck with him...

Thanks nightmareLeecher for the sig.

He needs top 10 finishes all the way though, or he's going home.

I started watching at the Daytona 500 in 2001 (That explains the Dale Jr link, because Earnhardt Sr sadly passed away at that race. I really got addicted to the big wrecks (Elliot Sadler, Talladega in '03 and '04) and the way that Greg Biffle saved it spactacularly, where others would have gone around. Since I passed my driving test, about a year ago, I've become even more enthrawled in the sport as a whole.

sadly enough something like that happens when a guy losses his life and all he wanted to do was race and didn't even get to see the wreck. I was just moving and we only had one TV hucked in So my sister wanted to use it and i thought why not Jeff was No where nere winning so i let her have the TV with 8 laps to go and i found out the next day what happend only a couple of minutes after i turned off the TV.

This is the second post about this one more post about what someone thinks about the wreck in memory of 3

Don't ever post that picture again, or I will have you killed. I don't mind seeing pictures of people in crashed, so long as they walk away. Dale Earnhardt didn't, so we don't show the pictures.

I've seen too many people killed in Motorsports accidents to know that it isn't nice. (I've seen 5, btw.)

In other news, Dale Jr's woes continue, with a DISMAL qualifying effort for the pepsi 400. He starts in 39th place, but I'm not rulling him out of the running for this one, because the top 40 all run within about 50 car lengths of each other. Tony Stewart gets the pole.

Dude Chill maybe it was the wrong pic to put of Dale Earnhardt but still it shows he went out with his boots on here is a better pic

That's a better picture, but I'm still mad about the last photo of a guy racing. We all know he went out with his boots on, but that doesn't mean that we want to keep seeing the picture. (I know it doesn't bring him back, but that's beside the point.)

Dale Jr finished 3rd, boosting him to only 100 points out of the chase. Tony Stewart dominated the race, claiming another win. (Jr has still only lead 5 laps this season, which is dissapointing, but DEI has admitted that the switch in the off season seems to have been the worst move for all parties.)

Har Har Har there is a way to tell the differnce between a redneck nascar fan and a non-redneck nascar fan a one buys tickets and the other drives up and watches from the fence i buy tickets (to make sure you understand i am in the non_nedneck group)
