Wow this Club has come a long long way........Wow times passes soo quickly.......i remember when War_Machine (forever in our hearts and minds) opened this club and soo many veterans come and gone.......I see so many new individuals and sig makers here continuing the trend........

Wow i am wondering if anyone here can make me a sig, i want to see what you new 'rookies' (i say that cause i am use to the veterans!) can do.......i would like to see what someone can create for me...........anyone is open to the idea.........

BTW is Alcuard still here with the SSM and the ASM clubs?

It's a club run by [mainly] teenagers, and considering the amount of requests, who's to blame them for cracking under the pressure? This isn't a professional design syndicate, but I guess it's training for those who wish to pursue a career in it; in the real world, of course, you don't quit when the going gets tough.

This club was like an extremely talented freakazoid with a split personality. Sometimes this person would work hard, other times it would do nothing but complain. And in the last year it had a bunch of heart attacks. One was near fatal, and this was..uh, suicide.

So I'm glad in a way that this place closes on good terms, instead of everyone bitching.

It's good that this place didn't overstay its welcome, though sometimes it came close to it.

Yes i see that i wrote what i wrote at the wrong time, i unfortunately i did not see what was typed concerning the SSM - this place has been there for me when i ranked up or leveled up and War_Machine was the front runner helping me along the way. He and this club he created was and always be the best and always on top. I apologize for causing anything that i am very sorry for but i didnot know. We have to understand like everyday life people have a life of their own and when they can make something they can, not when we want them to. If they decided to do it thats a blessing cause they dont have to waste their time or computer hardware and software on us. Everyone needs to relax and let this go with the honer, dignity and respect that it deserves.

Are you serious. People don't use us. I am a person you faggot. I'm not going to start flaming you though because I dont want my final words in the SSM to be negative comments toward someone who isn't worth it.

And most of us will just go back to the SSM, so its not like there will be any difference if you get your sig from us in here or from in a different thread. It will still be made willingly by the same talented graphic artist. So leave us alone.

Well, goodbye SSM, I never got my request filled (I'm not whining) but I still appreciate all the effort and time you guys put into other people's requests. If it weren't for this club, I wouldn't have started doing my own designs, I wouldn't have discovered Retrogade, and I woudn't have had as much fun. So thank you all, this was a great club, and hopefully many of you will start to make sigs in the ASM and have less demand on you. It will be fun to make sigs with you guys. RIP SSM.

No they don't. Can't you see that it's because of the hierarchy system that the SSM was forced to close down? Once people obtained the ranking of SSM, they lost determination to sig, and instead just sat around with their title... all you're going to do is recreate that scenario and destroy the passion of sigmaking for a bunch of amateurs.

If there's one thing I learned out of this whole thing.. it's that we don't need one crew to be more elite than other.. Cause that just inflates people's egos. (Personally, as Oni already proved, I think yours is hefty enough.) If you want to make sigs - just. make. sigs.

Thanks for the kind words everyone, and let me say that the reason this club was elite was because of the talented people that I was surrounded with.

Personally, I'll continue making sigs...probably with the ASM, if they're willing to put up with me. The loose structure of their group will allow me to work on sigs whenever I'm able, yet I can still concentrate on the "real world" design projcts as they arise, without feeling like I'm letting down the team.

O'man its been really great SSM i wish you wouldnt stop but its your choice and i respect it. Altough i did not get my request filled that's ok. I would like to thank all the members here who made me wonderfull sigs and i know there will never be a sig making club better then this.
