ok, here's a bit more advice: try like SHITLOADS of those soldiers, likein a pic taken from the air, and so that that fill the whole background. Also the flag carrier can be bigger, the whole pic doesn't need to fit. oterwise cool.

the more I put in, the lower the quality will be...we are only allowed 40k on sigs. What you are asking for will take up wayy too much!
Perhaps there is another way...if you can make the drawing of the soldier background, I can take that and downsize it to sig size. It might work...

try opening the pic of the fox in photoshop or something, then reduce it's quality. that way, when you add them to the whole sig, the quality will be lower. also, change the bacgkround color to red, it'll fit better with the communist stuff.
