NEW means new to me and new to the list. I found you sometime last week so didn't have any prior data against which to compare. Rather than guess what kind of pace people are doing, I put NEW down instead on everyone. The 6 day stats was kind of a special thing, as I had found a lot of people the day I posted. Lock made Captain as well. I knew those kind of things were going to happen in the time difference netween pull and post. The ones that bug me are the 3 I know of from the bottom of 64 ... I think the issue is that my homepage is Base.html, but it's just framing code that kicks off the site. When I had it at the bottom of the news it was coming from Main.html and where I have it now it's coming from left.html. If the server is actually checking to see where the input came from, that's the problem and I'll likely have to reframe everything to get it to work. At that point I'll shift it someplace smaller screen views can see it.

In any event, you could just have index.html (so you wouldn't have to remember the filename, just the site/folder) be a list of links to other parts of the site, including the FAQ, the stuff about the list, the actual list, the raw profile link data, etc. etc.

It was really the only way I could get things the way I wanted them. Theres actually something like 20 images just to make the page. for the 8*6 monitors, I'm going to need to cut graphic 4 and 11 up and tack in a new table to shift it up to where you guys can see it.

I've always liked frames for a couple of reasons. First off, you aren't constantly waiting for the links to load for every page. The only thing that loads is the target page. If you clicked on the wrong link, it's simple enough to click on the right one, rather than waiting for the page to load so you can scroll down to the right link.

Second, if you're making a site with bgm or a lot of graphics, it cuts down on the load time. Once you hit the site you d/l everything and it's pretty much a one-shot deal except for anything in the target page, rather than having to wait for it all to reload on each new page. Additonally, I think it's just shoddy workmanship to put a site together where every time someone clicks a link the music starts over, and over, and over ....

Force of habit. I've been used to coding in .html for so long changing over is kind of hard lol. The first line of body code says to use the already downloaded background, so the white shouldn't be more than a flicker. Still, I'll tinker with it at some point and get it to stop even having that.

Just me being me. You can tell coders by quirks in their syntax and spacings most of the time. I tend to just drop things wherever they'll fit when I think of them, but I usually avoid using index as a filename

Thanks much. First time I got over 1k/week in all this time. I should be up there, but not nearly that high, this week. Last week I came out of the weekend with ~360BPs from the Saturday to Monday recalc, whereas this week was more like 150 ... slept through Saturday night ... worst time to miss out on for BP rates. Oh well. I'm out of town this coming weekend (oh yay apartment hunting) so I might not even make it back up to 100/day for this week ... depends on how much I don't get by not being here Friday. ~shrug~ I should get my second star before I head out, if not it will be a nice way to start the week off Sunday night.

It's actually not Experience levels, it's rank levels.

Your level icon is profile/level_icons/power10a.gif
While you rank icon is images/badges/badge_16.gif

Levels start at 1 running up to 30 (old news I know) but ranks start at 0 (citizen) and run up to 26 for SC, 27 in all. Don't ask me why it doesn't go to 30 ... more than likely those extras would have all been sergeant ranks too lol.

Well its not experience levels that are listed, it's more like "Badge levels", like level 16 is EG second Liutenant, level 26 is EGSC. The lists are correct.
