Chapter 7 in the review bible

If you believe an entry is stolen, do not comment about it in your review. If you are wrong, you may convince other users that the entry is stolen and you may cause a legitimate entry to receive an unfairly low score, or have the whistle blown on it! Use the whistle option, if available, to flag the entry as stolen when you believe that is the case. If there is no whistle option available (the entry is no longer under judgment) contact Wade with as many details as you can about the stolen Flash and where you think it was stolen from.

Because, you are not judging if it is stolen or not - the review are abusive if the reviewer write that it is stolen. You can nearly mark all of the reviews as abusive - and thats even if it is stolen! And thats it...

I did send a PM to Wade about it, though. If you're supposed to clean up reviews, that should apply to author responses, too. Naw, people would abuse the system much like the awards now. Just flag correctly and you'll rank up accordingly. Besides, if people knew how many points, it would turn into a competition. Flag because u want to help, not for competitiveness.

Those reviews are abusive, but they are old. So they will just be deleted. Users will not be punished for reviews they left years ago other than deletion if they are rule breaking.

Jesus, kinda funny. Not one of them gave proof or evidence aabout such claim. Oh well, some of them are banned for saying blam over and over again aswell as spamming. Good find there.
