Your correct! When flagging reviews, You recieve the same ammount of whistle points no matter what. I think he is confusing flagging reviews with flagging submissions.
If you flag a submission, It gives you different ammounts of points depending on your whistle level. I might recieve 5 points for correctly flagging a submission because I have deity.

how long does it take for reveiws to be taken off and i get the points for it ive been clicking abuse on the ones on this page and none of them have gone yet
