Not every review posted is abusive, only flag reviews if they break the review guidelines. However, bear in mind that short, crappy reviews are no longer considered abusive if they're positive.
Also, don't flag reviews just because they have a lot of not helpful/abusive marks, since they're not necessarily abusive.

That's true, I deleted them without bans. Their hearts were in the right place though, thats why no bans were given.

Yup, basically you can blow the whistle on submissions that you strongly believe have broken the
rules. You can do this by clicking on one of the links on an under judgement submission page. You can also flag revies that you think have broken the review rules as well.
