Wait...WTF? Who are these 'PLEGERISM' guys?
Well, quite a bit. RCR submissions don't have many ARs (Abusive Reviews)...except for that certain submission with Mr.Plegerism's alts going nuts in the reviews.

I'm going to be here all fucking night.
I noticed a lot of people are forgetting to flag the posts that are all caps.Don't forget because people do that often.

Isn't a positive review with CAPS not considered abusive?

Caps are Caps. It's still spam. same rules as BBS.

Using CAPS shouldn't be the basis of marking a review abusive. Although frowned upon, there isn't a explicit rule in the review guidelines about using CAPS in reviews (should be IMO).
So if someone leaves an all caps review which doesn't actually break the review guidelines, leave it alone. If a user is leaving all caps reviews, there's a good chance he or she will probably flood the review space or say something stupid to get their review deleted.

I generally delete all caps reviews, because in the majority of cases all caps reviews can also be counted on to be incredibly stupid.
"OMFG DAT WAZ AWESOME!!!!11" is not a review in my opinion. Obviously, if the person writes a legitimate review in all caps or if its the first offence, I'll leave it. I also look back on the rest of their reviews; there are no hard or fast rules with all caps reviews.
BTW, it seems these days that there are alot of reviews being marked abusive, simply because they are negative. Only mark something as abusive if they break the rules in some form or another. It's rather annoying that idiotic, 3 word reviews with all tens are allowed to stay, but people posting negative (not abusive, but negative) reviews face deletion because they decided to give a 0.
Review Guideline 2: Do not post TONS and TONS of crappy reviews just to get high in the rankings. If we catch someone doing this we will delete all their reviews- wouldn't that be a pain in the ass? Take your time and write a sincere review for every movie you wish to critique. Make sure your review is relative to the submission. Reviews that are found to offer no benefit to the author maybe deleted.
I can't speak for the rest of the review moderation team, but the above guideline is in favour of removing pointless reviews, whether they be giving 10's or 0's. People are supposed to be writing constructive reviews, not leaving random comments. It's a tough call though.
Anyway, just be wary of marking reviews abusive when they don't strickly break any of the guidlines.

Heh, that's usually true - if someone is unable to turn off their caps lock, there's a good chance the review isn't exactly going to be too great.

Eh that's more borderline for me, especially since "Omfg, that was awesome" wouldn't be abusive (non-caps). If they flood the review space (and that usually happens) with something like AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... then the review is getting deleted.

The authors may be involved in flagging non-abusive negative reviews, although I think that it generally happens when a user goes ahead and sorts all the reviews by score, goes to the last page and flags most/all the 0 reviews without reading carefully.
In the case of positive reviews, you've got to realize that an author would much rather see "Wow, Ioved it" than "That sucked, the graphics were terrible...blah, etc"
I'll delete the negative reviews if they can't really stay on topic of the submission and don't mention any aspects of it at all like simply stating "wow, I hated it" or "That was terrible!".
Review Guideline 2:

That's true, but recently that guideline doesn't apply for positive reviews, since it seemed kinda unfair to delete a review (although more like a comment) that praised the submission, as it wasn't hurting anyone and the reviewer was simply being nice.

Good stuff
Pretty much to go along with what all of you are stating (this might help alot of you when it comes to flagging). If it is positive, non habit occuring, short, non abusive review, I generally let it go. Once in a while user(s) might run across a review that is only like
Title: good
Summary: good
If a person doesn't do that on a regular basis, I generally let it go. However, if I see a string of that in a user reviews, I go ahead and delete them.
For a side note though these types of entries do not count as reviews in my opinion

I've seen waaaayyy too many of those and I see them as nothing more than laziness and spam.
i dont know, but what does one do when the author is making even worse responses to reviews. say for example Cereal in the most recent turd of the week movie, he's galling reviewers faggots and fuckers and all that jazz - the reviews themselves aren't abusive, but the response is
there's nothing really to be done about less than sincere responses. i would be on the giving side of quite a few of those myself.

Nothing you can do at the moment. Ignore the responses. Sometimes authors are abusive because the reviews are abusive, then flag the review. Sometimes responses are abusive just because the author can. In any event, ignore the responses and just stick to the flash.
man i've gone from garbage to bronze in 2 fricken days. Thanks guys :D

Depends on how many reviews that you flag abbusive that wernt abbusive. You have to get your whistle point out of the negative range.Flag abbusive reviews that are abbusive(or break the rules)along with everyone else that clicked it abbusive. They wont even bother looking at the review you flagged if you have a garbage whistle.

Awwww, dude, my eyes hurt now. I can't sit here and flag so many reviews. I'm sure I have diety now, but maybe I'll come back later to flag these.

I don't feel he should be able to just copy and paste it 4-5 times. It's abusive for anyone else.
