I actually caught RAW yesterday w/o the need to tape it.
The NXT 7 are confusing as hell......first they apologize, then they come out & maim Cena anyway, then Vince claims responsibility, then they all kick Vince's ass...............????????????
HUH?
Despite that, there was a point to 'taking out' Vince if you think about it: With Vince out, Drew can't whine & bitch to him anymore, allowing Teddy to get revenge for embarrassing him last week. Which is good, because, as avie stated, Drew is starting to get the kind of heel heat where you want to find him IRL & kick him in the balls numerous times - like JBL (although I get the feeling he IS similar in real life anyway, unlike what I assume Drew to be).
I was expecting Jericho to lose as an out to do his hosting job, but he won anyway. Oh well, Bourne didn't exactly job, either - like he used to. Y'know, whether one likes the fact that it took Cena to get Evan's foot in the door or not, the fact is that he's got tons of talent, and that the ends justify the means in this case. The fans cheer for him all the time, so why deny a fan favorite a shot, short guy or not?
I think this is the first time I've actually heard a Superman reference made at Cena's expense on-air.....I think.
50 Grounds Gold says that the 'Anonymous GM' is Trips. Who else would Vince give complete & total control of ANYTHING to, esp. the show most associated with him? Stephanie? Been done already, and frankly that's the only other person I can see fitting the bill since Shane quit.
However, does anyone else realize that that's stealing out of TNA's playbook? I read that they did a similar plot in their early years where the GM was anonymous (later revealed as.......forgot his name......Jim Cornette) and other people were carrying his orders out for him.

Those NXT guys are a real force. I wouldn't call them radicals though. When I hear that term I always think back to when Benoit, Eddie, Malinko and Staurn showed up. And since WWE is trying to make us forget Benoit they should probably rethink that term.
Really? I was unaware of that.

Lololololololololol.
And Rey Rey is now WHC. Goddammit. I was screaming at the screen, "COVER HIM PUNK, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, COVER HIM!! WHY DON'T YOU EFFING COVER HIM ALREADY, HE'S A FOOT AWAY FROM YOU!! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!" Then Kane came in and ruined the match. *sigh*
Well, it has been quite some time since our Biggest Little Man has held a major title; so I say good for him. I hope he keeps it on for a while.

New York is what we call a "smart market" where the majority of the fans that come to the arena are net fans and very much like to screw with the company by cheering for anyone they like as opposed to who the company thinks they should. That's why you got lots of "Daniel Bryan" chants, and cheering for the heels, and people being very vocal about how they didn't like Cena. That kind of stuff really makes the shows more fun for me.
That explains why they started chanting "N-X-T!!!!!" when they pwned Vince.....after booing the shit out of them the entire rest of the time. But then again, most fans out in the audience really DO seem to be hypocrites if you pay close attention (or in other words, Jericho is actually right).
