Not really sure why Shane decided to leave. Maybe he has something he wants to start on his own. Either that or it may have to do with family.

The Dirt Sheet was awesome. Both those guys really know how to do a segment and they have great chemistry working together. I hope they get a decent amount of time to work on the PPV.

Tosh.0 just did a segment on wrestling this week too. He makes fun of it but not in a mean spirted way. I was laughing so hard when he did the elbow drop from the tree.

Jericho and Kane are captains. Cryme Tyme, Dolph Ziggler, Eric Escobar, and Drew McIntyre. What I'm predicting is that Jericho will be the last member on the SD! team. On the Raw side it will be Big Show and a DX member. Big Show turns on Raw and chokeslams the other survivor allowing Jericho to win. Next night Jerishow come out and say they schemed the entire time.

Or is that too predictable?

Somehow I forgot to comment about the SD main event............and the announcement of the Breaking Point repeat match next week............I'm being rather sloppy, aren't I?

I was expecting Batista to Bomb the ref there for a second.....his shoulder WAS clearly up, and we all know how bad of an idea it is to piss Dave off. :P Just glad he didn't suddenly go heel & Bomb Rey.....we have enough heels atm. Even when Cena comes over, we now have McIntyre & Escobar/Vickie to keep from being lopsided.

............Wonder what Teddy will do; I doubt he'll screw Taker again, so I'm smelling either a clean finish OR Teddy screwing Punk, leaning towards the latter.

From what I understand the match is one fall to a finish, not survivor series rules. So you're finish isn't possible since they aren't going to have eliminations...unless they announced that somewhere and I missed it.

Oh, I just assumed that it was. It doesn't completely rule out the Big Show turning on Team Raw though.

I'm sure it's possible for Big Show and Jericho to have something planned, though this is for brand supremacy more than anything else. Notice how they didn't even bother to attempt to put anything from ECW in there? Cuz ECW doesn't matter.

I don't think its a good idea to throw two new guys into a big match like that. Especially since most haven't seen any of their work nor would they have a lot of time to prepare with the rest involved in the match. its almost a shame that it isn't elimination rules.

Snoop Dogg tomorrow night. I'm actually looking forward to that. Snoop is hella funny.

Kofi dropped his accent, probably a good call. It will make talking on the mic easier and people can take him seriously. Like Morrison I think Kofi needs some mic time to improve.

Triple H and Cena had a really good match. I was also surprised that they were able to finish.

DX pretty much said exactly what I think of Team Smackdown at the start. I have to remember that it isn't Survivor Series so they aren't really showcasing the best of both shows, they just had to fill the card.

here's a sneek peek from matt hardy's twitter page

OK at bragging rights i'm definately behind smackdown.. i can tolerate McIntyre on team SD!.. but Eric Escobar?.. and him getting the spot over Matt freakin Hardy?! is this a match an elimination match?.. if it is im willing to bet that escobar will get eliminated not only first, but within seconds of the match's start (mike knox, survivor series 06)
it's painfully obvious that team raw will win, smackdown's side is looking quite weak.. they really could of had better people on there (Matt Hardy, R-Truth, Hart Dynasty, Finlay.. hell i would even be happy if Kung Funaki took Escobars place!)
or awesome scenario (it most likely won't happen but it'd be pretty sweet) .. on the night of the ppv escobar is found unconscious backstage and when everyone comes out and the match is about to begin ..... "you think you know me.." edge returns to fill the spot on team smackdown
to me it would make sense, edge has been known for taking out people's spots in matches (kofi kingston, no way out 09) ALSO it could be done to take a shot at vickie, who he was paired with for most of 2008..
but he's probably not going to come back until at least early next year, and it already seems like he's locked in a feud with jericho when he comes back.. but man it would be cool to see it happen

watched RAW in it's entirety for the first time in ages.. was it just me, or was it a total jobfest?
match losers of last week, jobbed
ted jr., jobbed
jillian, jobbed
marty janetty, jobbed
team smackdown, jobbed

very lackluster raw, but i gotta say seeing santino marella dressed as charlie brown.. it made my day.. specially the good grief line hahaha

also the new Smackdown vs Raw video game is on its way out, It comes out Thursday over here but I have a feeling that it might be released here tomorrow.. it always released a day or two early every year, I'm looking forward to playing it.. it has potential to be the best game in the smackdown series!

It's funny you mention that Raw was a jobber night, because in the opening match when the oppenents came down the ramp to challenge team Raw I kept thinking 'Here comes the Job Squad" since they have been burying all those guys. I don't know who Primo pissed off but since he and Carlito split both of them have been doing nothing. Carlito is hardly on T.V. anymore. I had no doubt that Team raw would win.

I have to admit that I liked the segments Snoop Dogg was in. He's so damn funny. The part where they had the 'technical difficulties" was funny on many levels as the pic was amusing and then the candles being the reason for the smoke was also funny. Add Charlie Brown Santino and yeah I was laughing.

Other than that..not the best raw I've seen.

That he is. He has another hearing coming up though, this one will actually address the charges, the first one was basically a situation where they were saying "ok, is there enough evidence and was procedure followed enough that we should go to the expense of a trial?"

I personally was a fan of Captain Lou, both from the Super Mario Bros. Super Show and from his last WWE run in which he managed The Headshrinkers to the tag team championships with Afa The Wild Samoan. The Captain was also a part owner of WWE back when Vince purchased the company from his father. A wonderful performer who is one of the unsung heroes in a lot of ways of the 80's expansion.

Also Nigel Mcguinness has signed with TNA over WWE. Holy hell.

JR has suffered another bout of Bell's Palsy. I hope he is able to recover.

I liked ECW last night. The main evet between Jericho and Christian was really well done and I'm glad they put Christian over. I'm also becomming a fan of Yoshi. The dude is fun to watch.

When I saw the Capt. Lou part on Raw, I too got a little emotional. The only real memory from my childhood of him was from the Super Mario Super Show but I knew he was a wrestler then. He will be missed.

Ok I know I'm not a member or anything but this is one of the clubs I would like to join. Is there requirements or anything?

All you have to do is like pro wrestling, and since you are asking about Kurt Angle I'd suspect that you do. Welcome to da club!

I'm looking forward to SD to see of there is any fallout from Raw. I wonder if the Raw team will invade like Sd did on Monday, and if the SD team will have replacement matches. I know Jericho wasn't too happy with what happened so he must be planning on something.

I was just thinking about him the other day. Why was he released again? Wasn't it over a health issue? It'd be nice if he went back to being Jericho's protege I'd like to see him go to ECW for some development though.

I've underestimated the SD writers - they've switched the entire Team SD with the previous losers of the qualifiers in a stroke of genius. ^_^ Not only that, but they let Matt Hardy GET THE PIN, which means they might finally be over the situation with him in regards to Jeff.

Oh my, how the tables have suddenly turned....

On another note, my b-day is coming up, and I MIGHT try to push for either a Wii or a DS - either way, the 2010 game commercials are having me wanting it badly. The CAWs seem to be vastly improved, which is the most important part of those, imo.

I agree; he had a lot of potential behind him. Maybe they'll have him go back with Jericho around the time Edge comes back.

And that's it. Thoughts

Pretty much right on the money in terms of what I think will go down for most of them. I have a feeling Raw will win thebig match though simply because Raw has always been the flagship show and management wouldn't want that to be tarnished in any way. It's weird though because on the other hand having the wrestlers say the other brand sucks doesn't benifit them either.

I also think Orton has a good chance of winning. Granted WWE likes to swerve us since we have seen so much hype on Cena leaviing Raw so naturally that won't happen. I'm simply rooting for Orton because I don't like when a title changes hands too fast.

1. Divas Champion Melina, Kelly Kelly and Gail Kim vs Women's Champion Michelle McCool, Beth Phoenix and Natalya

Team SD won w/ Beth getting the pin.

2. Intercontinental Champion John Morrison vs United States Champion The Miz

Miz WINS........barely. Probably better that way, but...........ARRRRRRRGH.

3. Team Raw (Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Unified Tag Team Champion Big Show, Cody Rhodes, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston and Mark Henry) vs Team Smackdown (United Tag Team Champion Chris Jericho, Kane, Matt Hardy, R-Truth, Finlay, David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd) (Seven Man Bragging Rights Tag Match)

You got this one correct - Show turned on everyone at the last second.

Also, a 'Sexual Chocolate' reference was made at Mark Henry's expense for the lulz, and Kofi tried to explain his accent-drop.........cheezy, but reasonable.

4. World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker vs CM Punk vs Batista vs Rey Mysterio (Fatal Four Way Match)

Correct, with Batista making a heel turn......... >_< I didn't want to see it, but it was inevitable.

5. WWE Champion Randy Orton vs John Cena (1 Hour, Anything Goes Iron Man Match)

Right on who won, but (1) Ted didn't turn face yet, and (2) it was nowhere near as bad as I even thought it would be. Orton went to a new level of insane, and Cena didn't quite look as Superman as usual - I mean, he still WAS Superman, but it was actually a close match for once, with some disturbing stunts pulled all along the way. Probably the best match Cena's put on in years.

If I'm reading this correctly, SD beat Raw two to one last night right? Miz was the only Raw brand person to win last night. Very interesting indeed. I'm suprised at these results since I thought for sure that DX wouldn't lose. Also from what I have heard the Miz/Morrison match was a solid one with a lot of offense by both guys. I hope to see some highlights tonight on Raw.

Cena is champ yet again and the title has changed hands in too short a time. ugh...

Wow, Batista did a heel turn? Things are going to be interesting on SD. I'm sure this will lead to Batista/Undertaker again. I just hope CM Punk doesn't get lost in the mix.

Considering Team RAW got screwed by Show, they basically protected everybody. The Miz match I'm afraid was more about "getting RAW a win" then doing anything for Miz, if that was the case then RAW should have been allowed to win the meaningless Diva match and not a bout where you've got one guy with a rocket strapped to him and another guy on a show with a cement ceiling.

Cena is champ yet again and the title has changed hands in too short a time. ugh...

Yeah, and now where do you go from here? Orton/Cena again? Cena/Trips? It's beyond stale at the top on RAW. Let's also not forget Cena will probably drop the belt again at Survivor Series because he's going to be on a limited schedule to shoot WWE Films latest masterpiece. Just make it stop!!!

Wow, Batista did a heel turn? Things are going to be interesting on SD. I'm sure this will lead to Batista/Undertaker again. I just hope CM Punk doesn't get lost in the mix.

Batista is going to immediately feud with Rey, leaving Punk and Taker open to finish that program I guess. Taker is hurting bad, and now you have Batista back so my hope is that they're looking to maneuver Show to SD! full time and that'll be the excuse to stick Taker into a buried alive gimmick or something so that Punk can take the belt back and Taker can have a couple months off or something to deal with the pain. If they want to even have a prayer of keeping Taker around past Mania 26, they need to rest him now and when he's more healed up protect him as a special attraction guy.
