With all due respect, do you pay ANY attention to this business at all? Or the way storylines are going? Or any online scuttlebutt?
I mean, I'm not trying to hate on you man, I'm really not, but you are so far off base and then acting like it's fact it's criminal. A RAW guy is LEAST likely to win the Rumble because the No Way Out elimination chamber match is promoted as determining the number 1 contender for the title that is not being challenged for by the Rumble winner and all the guys locally advertised for the match are RAW guys. This would point to an SD! or ECW guy winning the Rumble on Sunday. If I look at the available rosters then, the clear choice is Undertaker because we have not seen him get a clear shot at revenge against Edge yet, and Vickie is making it clear she will keep her boy away from him. Taker winning the Rumble and then having the ability to challenge Edge with Vickie being powerless to stop it makes the most storyline sense. This isn't rocket science, it's so predictable it hurts.
You guys have to get over the common perception of H as the power hungry fuck shit who will do anything to get the belt again, he hasn't had a real run with the belt in YEARS and while there are people he's definitely squashed, he has put over other champions and guys on the way up for awhile now. He isn't looking like he's seriously trying to get back into the title picture, it looks more like he's willing to chase, but not get that brass ring because he understands he's a draw without the belt.
Punk dropping the belt to Chavo is just a slap in the face to Punk and that brand. I respect the crap out of Chavo but he has been such a non-entity on SD! for so long now and for him to win that belt is beyond showing how useless it is. Hopefully this was done so Punk can get an extended program with Edge maybe. That they'll swerve us and give him a win at the Rumble, and he'll go after Edge, but considering how weakly he was booked as champion I just can't hold out terribly big amounts of hope for it.
Far as Lashley goes, he had potential, it's an oppurtunity for somebody else, and if he was really getting fucked around; well, good luck, god bless, go find your bliss man.
