With all due respect, do you pay ANY attention to this business at all? Or the way storylines are going? Or any online scuttlebutt?

I mean, I'm not trying to hate on you man, I'm really not, but you are so far off base and then acting like it's fact it's criminal. A RAW guy is LEAST likely to win the Rumble because the No Way Out elimination chamber match is promoted as determining the number 1 contender for the title that is not being challenged for by the Rumble winner and all the guys locally advertised for the match are RAW guys. This would point to an SD! or ECW guy winning the Rumble on Sunday. If I look at the available rosters then, the clear choice is Undertaker because we have not seen him get a clear shot at revenge against Edge yet, and Vickie is making it clear she will keep her boy away from him. Taker winning the Rumble and then having the ability to challenge Edge with Vickie being powerless to stop it makes the most storyline sense. This isn't rocket science, it's so predictable it hurts.

You guys have to get over the common perception of H as the power hungry fuck shit who will do anything to get the belt again, he hasn't had a real run with the belt in YEARS and while there are people he's definitely squashed, he has put over other champions and guys on the way up for awhile now. He isn't looking like he's seriously trying to get back into the title picture, it looks more like he's willing to chase, but not get that brass ring because he understands he's a draw without the belt.

Punk dropping the belt to Chavo is just a slap in the face to Punk and that brand. I respect the crap out of Chavo but he has been such a non-entity on SD! for so long now and for him to win that belt is beyond showing how useless it is. Hopefully this was done so Punk can get an extended program with Edge maybe. That they'll swerve us and give him a win at the Rumble, and he'll go after Edge, but considering how weakly he was booked as champion I just can't hold out terribly big amounts of hope for it.

Far as Lashley goes, he had potential, it's an oppurtunity for somebody else, and if he was really getting fucked around; well, good luck, god bless, go find your bliss man.

I honestly doubt it. There are so many awesome options for a new guy who hasnt had the strap yet that they can push at the rumble, and I honestly dont think HHH is that greedy for the title, regardless of whos husband the booker-lady is.

IMO I think theres a better chance of taker gettin it again, only because the plan for him last year got screwed up by his injury.

Ive said it once and Ill say it again, I want to see someone like regal or umaga get it, someone who hasnt had it yet.

I want Dreamer to win it, or atleast get to the last two men, I just want an ECW Original to get some gold.

EXACTLY. WWF was so fucking smart to give RVD the strap... the man has paid so many dues and is an EXCELLENT wrestler. If they were to let Dreamer get the title shot and then not choke by actually giving him the strap... well then I think my faith in WWF would be once again restored.

Here is an article on Ron Killings: http://www.wrestlezone.com/article.php?a rticleid=203154853

Aw man, they gave him that crappy name again.

Maybe HBK and HHH will eliminate each other causing a fued to erupt between the two? Could be fun to watch.

Chavo is champ??

Good. Punk wasn't a deserving champ.

Also, with Punk champ that means one thing... Every champ was named in the steroid scandal a couple of months back. So there you go, get caught with buying roids, and get a World Title. I'm thinking about turning that into one of those annoying little games that show up at the top of the pages on NG >_>

As for who will win the Rumble. My money is on The Deadman. People have forgotten about him for some reason, and it would make sense to have him go after Edge (He did cost Taker the title about 3 times).

And I agree with what Avie said. It was bad enough that Punk was made to look like a punk (C wat I did thur?) in almost all of his title matches, but he even looks like a punk when he loses the match. Not to mention he never actually beat Chavo during their mini-feud. Punk always won via DQ or Count-out... I guess since its the C show, people aren't supposed to care.

My name is pepeatumi... But you already knew that!

Jeez, change the record guys.
I'd like to see Taker win the Rumble. They could even tease him and HBK being the final two.

What about Finlay talking to Mcmahon??

After that "mini rumble" Finlay kept refferring to a deal, which Vince kept telling Finlay to be quiet about.

Whats with that??

The deal is that in return for protecting Horny, Finlay gets a surgery which makes him 7"6' so he can defeat Khali.

I mean, duuuh.

How many times have we been HBK vs HHH? Like 1000000000 times? Like I've said many times, unless Vince takes the ultimate low road, HHH is bounded to win the RR, period.

I just got through the first disk of the Best of Raw DVD that I got for Christmas. Wow I had really forgotten just how good Owen Hart was. The match to decide the first European Champion between the British Bulldog and Owen is a masterpiece of a match.

All throughout the DVD there are popup factoids to let you know what happened since then, or just gives you general info about whats going on.

So far this is a pretty damn good DVD set. I'll let you knwo how the rest of it goes.

I think with Punk it's shit or get off the pot time. Do something with him, elevate the guy, or I dunno.

Agreed on Tommy, I love Tommy, I love everything Tommy stands for, and I'm fine with him getting another ECW title run and then he goes and retires (and with Chavo as champion and that show mattering so little that's the program I go for because I'd just send Punk right into the title hunt against Edge, and Tommy can then come out and run a whole indignant worked shoot about how the ECW title has been buried and destroyed and now it's on a guy that dosen't even work for ECW or give a crap about the brand).

I'd like to see that happen as that sounds like a best case scenereo for the ECW title and Dreamer. Nothing against Chavo who could potentialy put on some great matches as champ and try to elevate the belt.

You know Palumbo and Noble? Wouldn't it be interesting if they won the tag titles, with Michelle managing them? Maybe too similar to MVP/Hardy, but it would be interesting to see when Chuck will inevitably turn on Michelle and such.
Or maybe they'll just have him turn sooner rather than later.

Noble is way too dry (out of words) as a face. I like him better as a heel.

Looks like they'll do Michelle costing them the titles and Palumbo decimating Noble so shows my standard broadcast screen.

What time does Smackdown broadcast over there? Because I've seen smackdown and I couldn't have been much more wrong.

I simply disagree with the people that say dreamer shouldnt get the strap. I mean after Kahli and Bradshaw gettin a title run, anythings possible. I mean come on for fucks sake, dreamer is a good wrestler, which is more than kahli is.

Itll be a good way to see dreamer retire, with at least one title reign under his belt. He has MORE than earned it, and itll be an awesome way to let him finish his career.

I dunno, thats just my opinion on it.

It broadcasts for me at 8:00 PM EST. I'm not sure what that is to British time. You are a limey right? lol ;)

They're five hours into the future, but I'm not sure they'd broadcast a taped event at 1am.

Broadcasts at 10 over here, which I guess is 3 hours before you guys. We do get Raw live at 2am though. I am also a limey, yes :P

Pretty good SD to lead off to the RR. Palumbo really lost it huh? I bet Noble eliminates him from the rumble match.

Decent matches had by all tonight, Yang keeps proving he's awesome, Taker comes up with some kind of choke, and despite Punk's loss he and Edge had a great match that was very fun to watch.

Add in that Finley bloodied up Khali and you have a great show.

Viscera sucked at selling that move. Viscera was tapping well before Taker even had the move locked in.

I dunno why, but I think Finlay totally destroying Khali was my favourite ever moment involving Khali. I was marking out proper.
