Kennedy is going to win the RR because when he won MITB last year, he said that WM 24 would be his time. Of course, there is also a chance that Bobby Lashley returns and wins the RR. Assume that Orton vs HHH is bounded to happen at WM 24, then the RR winner (likely to be Kennedy) is going to challenge Edge/Undertaker for the WHC. Either way, we will get Edge (c) vs Taker vs Kennedy for the WHC at WM. As for the elimination chamber at NWO. It is going to be HHH vs HBK vs Y2J vs Umaga vs Jeff Hardy vs Snitsky. Of course, HHH is going to win that one.

Hes been unhappy since Wrestlemania when he and Flair were left off the card and wrestled the dark match, when there was obviously a ton of fat that could have been cut (Kane vs Khali for one) that would have easily given them enough time to appear on the card, preferably against the Cade and Murdoch in a #1 contenders bout for the Tag Titles.

Also, in some interesting news, I've heard of rumors of the return of the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, premise being that it will be a number one contenders bout for whichever brand the Royal Rumble Winner does NOT challenge for its' championship.

Thank gos their bring back the elimination chamber. I was so bummed out when they canceled NYR because I thought it was going to be the end of taht match type.

I'm with you on this one. WWE dropped the ball when it came to him. He could have been a main event player too.

So they are bringing back the chamber huh? It will be interesting to see who ends up in it. Kennedy and Jericho are likely choices for winners in the RR, so I guess whoever doesn't win may get a victory in the chamber.

I don't see Jericho as being in the RR. Won't he still be feuding with Orton at that time?

There's only two or three ECW guys to me that I look at and believe could be moved from that brand anytime soon. Punk, BDV, and Morrison. BUT, I think they'd save moving either of those guys for the draft which I believe is scheduled for before or after Backlash. I don't think you move ANYBODY though from ECW right now except for maybe V, but even then I think he'd probably go somewhere else and be screwed. Just because they want to promote this guy as a dominant monster, but because he's ECW he's gotta job when he's in there with other people from other brands. ECW is a work in progress big time right now, so I think you really have to keep as many guys that have name value there as possible, or just turn it into SD! 2 and let sci-fi pull the plug in December next year.

But knowing WWE, it'd probably get fucked, and they'll rape ECW and SD! to help RAW. If an ECW guy wins the Rumble he HAS to challenge the champion, otherwise it's yet another situation where you are flat out saying "this belt dosen't matter, the guy holding it dosen't matter, and anyone who would want it is an idiot".

Let's take a vote - what was more shocking?

1. Edge making out with Vickie Guerrero
2. Ric Flair defending his career thanks to Chris Jericho?

Thats a tough one to narrow down. There are a good number of finishers that can fit this description so it's hard to pick just one. Like the GTS is effective, and so it the pedigree. Sweet Chin Music, The Widow's Peak (A devistating looking move), Tombstone, all good choices.

The Swanton Bomb is pretty stylish, and the Greenbay Plunge is pretty good on all three categories there.

On that note I do hope the Edge/Batista match is good.

Swanton Bomb, and the RKO. I like the way he sets it up, and sometimes it can just come out of no where, for some reason it makes me laugh.

Effect

Pedigree and The Last Ride. I've gotten power bombed before, it is awful.

Strength

Dominator. Doesn't look like something that I could ever do.

Hello? Did ANYBODY watch TNA last night other than me? o_O

For those who missed it:

Assi9's TNA Yadda-Yadda-Yadda

My neighbor has a particular distaste for Booker, so I had to put up with his whining about me wanting to see what he had to say last night (actually, he has a distaste for A LOT of wrestlers). I was surprised, though, when Booker basically told the audience to "wait for his book" to find out why he left the WWE - and for the first time I got to hear the audience unanimously chant "VINCE SUCKS!!!". Since I've been in this club, I've begun to look past the whole heel-vs.-face thing, and while I hated the "King" gimmick, I'm glad to see him in TNA.

Booker later mopped the floor with a Christian-influenced Robert Roode, while Ms. Brooks kept an eye out for Rob's 'super-fangirl', who hid herself out of her line of sight. :P

In speaking of Mr. Cage, A.J. temporarily made an Alliance/Coalition partnership (as hard to believe as that is), although Christian later made it clear that he was pissed at Karen's allowing of A.J. & Tomko to be on both sides & for her & Kurt to stay out of his way. Of course, A.J. once again proved that he's more of the threat to him during an 8-Man Tag Match (the Alliance/Coalition vs. Kaz, Abyss, Samoa Joe, and...........crap, I forgot) after an accidental Pelee missing the target & clocking him instead. :P

The guy who gets scared by his pyrotechnic intro (I'm not doing well with remembering shit today >_<) outdrank James Storm again, which led to him taking a beer bottle over the head.

Rhyno Gored 'Killer-Spelled-Backwards' in their match, then Black Reign came in afterwards, then Abyss came after him with a sack o' tacks.

More shit with Team 3D vs. The X-Division, but whoever they were fighting (like I said, not remembering well today) did get to shove their requested Ding-Dongs down their throats. :P (Yes, I mean the snack cake; get your minds out of the gutter. :P)

Christy Hemme & the guy who isn't Lance Hoyt lost to Gail Kim & someone else (WTF IS WRONG WITH ME, HERE!?!?!?).

Some other stuff happened, probably, but I'M TOTALLY SUCKING TODAY. I apologize.

Only the people that always watch TNA. That ratings needle moves not a jot.

Anyway, the only thing I can say positive with the Vickie/Edge angle is it gives the company an excuse to keep Taker and Edge away from each other, though they won't use it. See, this title match tonight shouldn't happen, unless it's to put the belt on Edge and give Batista the revenge rematch at Armageddon, because I HATE the 3-way idea, since I'm a proponnent of the Taker/Edge issue being like Hardy/MVP, heel getting over on face, long build, tease tease, Mania comes? Face gets revenge on dirty heel. Now you have the perfect oppurtunity because Vickie will not only deny Taker a shot at "her man" but should also be doing it because Taker tombstoned her. If they have Vickie giving Taker a title shot (even in a multi-man) then all logic has just flown out the window forevermore. Would you reward somebody for beating you up?

Ah Teddy is back! Big suprise to me. Triple Threat at the PPV too. Just what Avie didn't want. They must wire tap you or something man, every good idea you have they do just the opposite of.

Anyone notice that Finley is turning face? He even clicked his heels after the match! Heel clicking I tell you!! When I saw him do that I nearly died of laughter! I could watch that all day. Damn I hope someone at ytmnd does something for that.

I liked the Kane/Mysterio team. They work great together and the match itself was decent too.

The Kenny/Punk match was too long. Punk should have kicked his ass in no time flat. Does anyone see Kenny as even a remote threat anymore? Punk should have been all offense tonight. Way to book a strong champ WWE. Make him get beat on by the guy who hasn't won a match since he went to SD.

Choice 1 by a mile. WE KNEW that Y2J was going to cost Orton the match so that he could get his title shot.

I'm hoping the idea here was to build Kenny up a little and maybe give him some bit of "rub" by hanging with the champ. Kenny is a good worker, and I think he served a good enhancement role here, I also think Punk did a good job selling the arm, lots of guys forget to do that.

Like Outlaw just said, TEDDY'S BACK!!!! You can BELIEVE that, playa'! Sorry, Edgehole, but your plan just hit a loophole - if Teddy comes back, Vickie gets demoted back down to her previous position, and therefore, you're fucked. That's the point to this, Avie - Teddy gets to go back to screwing Edge over. It's doubtful that Vickie actually said that, since it was word-for-word what she told Edge last week; Teddy just replaced Edge with Taker in the dialogue as a sick little way of telling Edge & his plan to go fuck themselves up the ass.

A happy ending, but not for Edge or Vickie. :P Which is what we all want. ^_^

Mysterio & Kane make a good tag team, but one thing bothers me about WWE tag matches: 99% of the time, when one persion who's ailing tries to tag in their teammate, and the opponent tries to drag them out of the way, they almost ALWAYS counter with an Insiguri & make the tag; just ONCE could they counter with a less-predictable move? Is that too much to ask?

At 11/30/07 10:28 PM, Outlaw88 wrote: Anyone notice that Finley is turning face?

Agreed 100%. Unless they can find some way to trash Krystal here, they'll just ignore the whole situation like it never ever happened. Because that's what WWE does when they don't want or have any use for a story anymore. Then they wonder why the ratings drop and people constantly bitch about creative. The more you just be lazy and drop things, the more people will just stop caring or investing themselves.
