I'm not a fan of fucking with a belt's style in general to suit a particular champion. I think it turns the title into a personal trophy of the holder, like he owns it and everyone else merely keeps it warm for him. In some ways the title should always seem just a bit BIGGER then any champion who holds it, they should make each other great so that the next guy to hold it benefits and puts his own rub into it.

Plus, that spinner belt was just gaudy and ugly to me, the only time I enjoyed it was when RVD had it because he'd play with the spinner and his promo on the first ECW on SciFi seemed to be rather disdainful of it when he said "hey, I'll keep this title too...because it spins". I've said many times though I think that whole situation was a missed oppurtunity to really set ECW apart from the other two shows, but that's an entirely different conversation.

You can try and re-write history WWE, but HHH will NEVER be at the level of a Flair, a Hogan, a Rock or Steve Austin, and no amount of title runs will change that!

I really don't like Randy Orton.... I hope Kennedy feuds with Orton now. That would be interesting.

I'm glad Orton ended up winning the title, but once again HHH gets another title win and he's now an 11 time champion... And HHH did it, just to show that he can win the title whenever he damn well pleases!

As for the rest of the show, it was crap. The ECW title match went all of 2 minutes, Finlay vs Rey didn't have a finish, Beth Phoenix won the Women's title in a shitty match and we had a 6-man tag match because someone forgot to book an IC and a tag-team title match. Only the LMS between Orton and HHH is worth a look, the rest of the show was garbage.

So HHH was in three matches last night. Maybe this is his way of saying that he can carry any show just by being on it...or something like that. I'm a bit dissapointed that no one mentioned the poll that Venis was winning. Oh well.

So I guess on Raw we are going to see the continuation of the HHH/Orton fued.

It honestly doesn't surprise me on the title thing. HHH has made it clear in the past that he wanted to break Flair's record. So him winning and losing the title in one night seems a logical step in that goal. I do know that given the chance Orton and HHH can have some great matches againast each other, so there is some hope in that sense.

I like that they are at least trying to give Orton a shot. Look, H is NEVER going to allow himself to be booked as inferior, nor should he, like it or not, the man is the last draw remaining for the Attitude era. He is an asset to be protected. BUT, there is no call for putting him over Umaga like that, they should have had that match go longer, and Umaga just brutalize his ass and get DQ'ed, that way Umaga is kept strong, and H still goes to the last man standing match looking sympathetic and and hurting, and Umaga could still be the dominant monster. Now unless he gets in there and smashes Triple H, he could beat the fucking hell out of anyone on the roster but all that says is "ok, he can beat everyone except H". Insane booking there.

Like it or not, Umaga has been a jobber to the stars ever since he lost to Cena. Hell, the only reason why they booked Umaga as a monster heel was to make their star faces, namely Cena, Lashley and HHH look unstoppable when they were able to beat down the indestructable monster heel Umaga. I know that it is really pathetic to for Umaga to be a jobber like that, but it is the way how things are going on RAW. Maybe shipping him to SD! will give him a new life?
