So tonigth we get HHH vs. Vince. I wonder how McMahon will get out of this.. Probably make it no DQ so that he can get outside help.

The suspensions that were issued out should be up soon, so guys like Morrison and others who were out should be back on tv in the near future.

I believe they're up today. Morrison and Masters were working house shows this weekend. I expect Umaga to return tonight and beat up HHH (more like get beaten up by HHH am i rite?) to push their match at No Mercy.

And so, Umaga is next in the HHH 2007 burial tour... I mean, next to challenge HHH.

i just watched the "save us 222" promo, it does look very jerichoesque.

this forum http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread .php?t=4782523 has all the screen shots posted and some theories..
some very convincing that jericho is coming back.

I hope HHH knows enough to let Umaga be pushed as the monster he has been for a while. WWE can always use monster heels.

For the first time ever and with his Last Man Standing Match with Randy Orton at No Mercy less than a week away WWE Champion John Cena will battle Mr. Kennedy tonight on Raw.

# World Wrestling Federation - Y2J
# Summer 1999: A mysterious "Count-down to the Millenium" clock appeared on a weekly basis but nobody knew what it was..

# August 9, 1999 - RAW: The "Count Down" finally ran out and Chris Jericho debuted as Y2J and interrupted The Rock..

# August 16, 1999 - RAW: Chris Jericho appeared again, this time interrupting The Undertaker & The Big Show..

# ~~~Jericho's messege was that RAW had become boring and needed to be rescued, calling himself the "Y2J problem"..

# ~~~Jericho said that he was there to save the World Wrestling Federation and save everybodys jobs at the same time.

Jericho is the Jesus of the WWE and this is his second coming. John Cena's title reign is like the rapture and Jericho will end it.

I don't know, this is a tricky situation for Umaga as I can see the H saying "he embarrassed us, and if we're gonna push Kennedy, then we should bury Umaga a bit to show we're tough!" which to me would be dumb. Hey, I've lost respect for everyone involved in this, if you can't maintain yourself without drugs, maybe it's time to consider a new line of work. There are guys like Lance Storm that looked great and continue to do so, but do it with diet, exercise, and sacrifice.

But, and there's a but in all that. I don't think you continue to punish guys beyond the suspension, to me the suspension is the message, time to say "you did the crime, you done your time, brand new day". Otherwise you potentially leave money on the table as guys like Umaga or Kennedy have legit gotten over and to pay these guys to be buried would just not be good business. Plus, with future suspensions being public 30 days from now, it should hopefully help curb the fuckery once and for all. Nothing like being a known drug abuser to kill any hope of not just a babyface push but basic respect from the paying audience.

If Jericho is coming back, he's coming back with a Foley type schedule, lots of money, less dates. Being the champion of the company would negate that, I don't see Jericho wanting or needing full-time, so I don't see him winning the belt from Cena. Honestly, I don't really see anybody who would be a better champion at this point then Cena, and the boringness of the reign at this point is on the booking, not Cena himself I'd say.

I definitely think WWE should keep those guys as a trio and see what they can do with them. It's not like they'd even have to try too hard to make that work for people and have the fans pop for it. Easiest deal I can think of is to just go with the idea that Hardy is a mentor for them as they're a new generation of high flyer. That took me all of 30 seconds to come up with, if creative dosen't go with it, they all need to be shot.

I was just glad to see London pull off the SSP from the apron.. I understand the safety hazards, but Vince needs to get with the program and realize that people nowadays love to see the occasional high-flying manuever.

The pop London got when he hit that move should serve as proof of that.

HOLY FUCK!!! Hate him if you must, but admit that Cena busts his ass week in and week out in the ring.... With that said, his reign as champ might be OVER!

Details are still sketchy but the word coming from backstage at the Raw taping is that WWE champion John Cena is believed to have suffered a torn right pectoral muscle during his main event match against Ken Kennedy. He is tentatively scheduled to undergo a MRI tomorrow to examine the severity of the injury. I don't have to tell anyone reading this what a major blow this would be to the entire company if Cena needs to be out for any extended period of time.

The injury appeared to happen during a botched hiptoss on Kennedy that ended awkwardly with Kennedy landing atop Cena. Cena then nailed an armdrag. The two ended up in the corner, which led to a clean break. Cena backed up to the opposite corner and was obviously favoring his arm immediately. Cena gutted through the match and post-bout angle with Randy Orton, where he was laid out following a RKO on the announcer's table.

Cena is scheduled to main event the No Mercy PPV this Sunday in Chicago, Illinois against Orton in a Last Man Standing Man.

Raw was decent last night. It was good to see Kennedy back, I just hope he gets some wins now.

Exactly!

I forget what it was...11.8.2 Saviour_Self?

Here's something funny. The 11th letter of the alphabet is H, the 8th letter is B and the 2nd letter is K. So, 11.8.2=HBK... BUt I still don't believe its him. It could still be Jericho, OR it could be The New Hart Foundation (Does a random flip) giving out a warning... HBK, save yourself. Montreal Screwjob was 10 years ago, so that's another option.

I have to say Punk will win, Pastrada wants him to have the belt for like two months or so. It can go either way though, I just want Punk to win. By the way the Batista and Khali match is gonna bw good, maybe a little better then the Undertaker and Big Show one I hope.

He blew out his knee just before DX got back together, but with the big money and push that he was going to receive he gutted through it until after Mania this year. He then went out, had surgery, and should be back really soon.

I think the Save_Us promo is interesting, and if it's HBK I think it'd be a disappointment because much as I love and respect the man's work, he isn't worth using this kind of approach on. It really has to be Jericho or WWE will just disappoint people. I also hear Edge is set to return officially at Survivor Series, if Cena HAS gone down to injury, Edge will be more important then ever.

Speaking of the injury, like Red said, surprised this hasn't happened sooner, WWE needs to learn to rest their top guys more, Cena has had well over 100 matches this year ALONE, he's headlined EVERY PPV and he's constantly working TV. I don't care how young and tough you are, that kind of schedule is eventually going to lead to injury, and a bad one. What's further insane is the match it occured in, the first meeting of Cena and Kennedy, which no matter what you think of Kennedy at this point is a PPV quality bout that should not be on free TV with no build whatsoever. Give Cena his due for gutting that out, for the tough schedule he's worked, and hopefully this injury isn't as bad as has been feared. Orton is most probably getting the belt here and it'll be interesting to see if Randy can really step it up and work in that role. If he can't, we all know who's waiting in the wings to take the ball back again...

Its official... Cena needs surgery.

WWE champion John Cena was diagnosed with a complete tear of his right pectoral muscle today by Dr. James Andrews and is expected to be out 6-8 months following surgery. As first reported last night on PWInsider.com, Cena suffered the tear during a hiptoss spot in the Raw main event against the returning Ken Kennedy. That would put Cena back at the earliest in April (meaning he will miss Wrestlemania) and at the worst, June 2008.

John Cena will be stripped of the WWE championship with a new champion slated to be crowned this Sunday at the No Mercy PPV in Chicago.

Jericho vs Orton?

Meh, I see HHH vs Orton in the near future, Hunter is very hungry at power.

Wow this is a huge shakeup for WWE. They are going to really have to do some good writing to make sure that whoever they make champ is one who can carry the weight of the show. Orton is a natural since he was already in the top program, but there are plenty of others who can fill the spot.

Edge could come to Raw insted of heading back to SD to fill the void, Kennedy could be given a push, or HHH will get the title again. If Jericho comes back he could be put right back in the title picture as well.

If they have him, they need to use him now. The loss of Cena is major, just because you guys don't like him dosen't mean he isn't the top guy in the company. WWE is going to need to use whatever they have to recover here, but this just points out once again why WWE has to rest their talents better, and be smarter in how they book the top guys. Injuries WILL occur when you are sending guys out there every night there's a show.

I guess Orton is going to be champion with Trips probably challenging soon as I'm sure he and the company will feel he's the only guy worthy of replacing Cena, and considering the lack of main players they have, their probably absolutely right.

LOL.. So there's a poll on the WWE site asking people who they believe should be in the title match at No Mercy. Right now, the leader is... Val Venis with 30% of the vote!

The IWC has banded together to vote for Val... It won't matter in the end, but its good for a laugh.

And on ECW, Vince will make an announcement regarding Cena. Smart move by Vince since it'll help boost the rating for ECW.

That is pretty funny. I'm actually a bit surprised that WWE never fired Venis. And to Val's credit he's stuck with the job, so I'm a bit glad he was on Raw last night, and perhaps with this early lead he might be put back on Raw in a better capacity.

I've got to be honest though, I voted for Carlito. I still want to see that guy in the main event.

Well this is probably the only way Cena would ever drop the title. So what PPV will he probably return at and begin a new title reign? Hopefully the next one will be more reasonable in length. I'm surprised it took so long to happen. There were wrestlers all around getting injured, but the most used guy never got hurt.

This should make WWE rethink how much they use their performers, and shouldn't make thier PPVs interpromotional. Give the guys some rest.
