I doubt we'll find out tonight, it doesn't seem like so long since they introduced the storyline. This seems like the kind of storyline they like to drag out.

At least Kennedy's one of them.

But Triple H is also on there, which would make his wife his half-sister, his daughter his niece, and it would make Vince the baby's granddad and great-uncle.

Kennedy's not booked to anything at Summerslam, so it wouldn't surprise me if they decide to reveal who the kid is there. If tehey reveal it there, coupled with Orton vs Cena and Rey and HHH's return, SS could get a lot of buys which is really what WWE is looking for.

lol hacksaw is on the list, as well as the Miz. A few of these are pretty funny, but also makes you wonder. Some are a tad similar to Vince, while others like Vis are so far off that you can't help but wish it was true.

With the way how Cena was built in recent years, it is hard to believe that Orton, who has been on a slide ever since he won the WHC stands a chance. Plus with how Orton was Edge's sidekick and UT's bitch and e.g...I really do not see a title change there.Rey and H will destroy Chavo and Booker, that is given too. I said that Batista would keep on getting chances until he won the title back, now you all see it. The cards for SS are solid, but most of the matches are way too predictable.

Vince must be out of his mind as he set up Cena vs Snitsky for the ME. Snitsky was a jobber on RAW before he went to ECW...give me a break!

Best match of teh night has to go to Kennedy and Carlito. Screwy finish leads to a triple threat for the IC title. A very last minute add to SS but if given enough time could be a show stealer based on performance alone.

I see Kennedy winning the IC title here. Hopefully, the company will not rush his push like what they did to Orton.

My guess is that either Carlito or Kennedy will pin each other so that Umaga doesn't actually get beaten.

Agreed, Umaga is getting the monster face push now, Kennedy is being groomed for a larger role...so the odd man out here is Carlito, so I see him being the guy doing the honors here.

I have not seen the WWE turning Umaga face. Yes, he teamed up with Cena, but it does not mean that heis turning a face. Plus, Umaga's Samoan Bulldozer's gimmick works way better as a heel. I just do not see the point of turning him face aunless they want to have him feuding with Orton FOR THE WWE TITTLE when H is busy.

Umaga teamed with a face last week. He has pounded Santino's heel ass twice. He is working two heels on Sunday. How is he NOT a face, what cause he didn't cut a promo going "I love all the fans"? He dosen't talk!

This is how you turn a silent monster face, and WWE is doing that.

I still think that Umaga was better suited to be a monster heel, but heis character is over pretty well so a face run for a while would be fine.

But what are you going to do with him as a face? Orton WAS PRETTY OVER as well in 2004 and the WWE then turned him face, bomb! I just do not want to see the company ruining yet another guy who was born to be a monster heel.

I enjoyed ECW's main event last night. Miz is definatly showing improvment and Punk and Morrison continue to put on great performances.

The Vince/Mahoney segment was funny as well.

some wrestling news for you all:
www.wrestlezone.com

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on a developmental contract with Ring of Honor/Wrestling Society X star Matt Sydal. It is still unknown as to when he will report to one of WWE's developmental territories as he is expected to fulfill all of his independent contractual obligations. Sydal has been somewhat of a hot commodity since the demise of WSX as both TNA and ROH made major plays for him. Dragon Gate in Japan was also said to be very interested in him. WWE contact Sydal with the offer several weeks back.

Don't really know the guy, but sounds interesting.

Rosey worked a dark match at this past Monday's RAW in Fayetteville, North Carolina, losing to Johnny Jeter. Rosey has dropped a considerable amount of weight and is now working under his real name of Matt Anoai.

As long as he isn't S.H.I.T.

Monday night was a test run to see how Jim Ross and Tazz would do as a team, and some people were impressed. Vince McMahon has been wanting to split up J.R. and Lawler for some time, feeling the combo is "too Southern," but television producer Kevin Dunn is strongly against it. If it's made permanent, Lawler would join Joey Styles in ECW, and occasionally work matches there as well. Dusty Rhodes really wants Lawler on ECW. Lawler and J.R. are really close and would obviously not be happy with the change.

The JR/Lawler team is probably one of the best there ever has been. Why try to fix whats works so well?

It is believed that a Ric Flair retirement storyline is going to start imminently, perhaps in the next few weeks, to culminate at either Royal Rumble, No Way Out or WrestleMania next year. Flair would obviously prefer the latter. Flair, who is 58 years old, has been saying that this was going to be his last year as a regular in-ring competitor.

Don't go Flair! You still gots it!

Stephanie McMahon is pushing hard for D-Lo Brown to be brought up to the main RAW roster and become involved in a mid-card storyline. Brown has currently been working a lot of dark matches at recent televised events.

I'd be up for that. I always did like D-lo.

Sources indicated that Vince McMahon was a little upset with the general reaction Snitsky got on Raw Monday. Vince thought Snitsky was more over than he was and when he announced Cena vs Snitsky he was a little taken back by the lack of reaction.

well duh. lol

Watch guys, I'm about to point out why sites like this are basically just stealing off better sites like PWInsider.

So basically, they reported what PWInsider did, but without the correction. Sydal has NOT officially signed, but it's expected soon.

Monday night was a test run to see how Jim Ross and Tazz would do as a team, and some people were impressed. Vince McMahon has been wanting to split up J.R. and Lawler for some time, feeling the combo is "too Southern," but television producer Kevin Dunn is strongly against it. Lawler and J.R. are really close and would obviously not be happy with the change.

BULLSHIT!!! This is total crap, Lawler wasn't on the show to sell the beating King Booker gave him last Monday, why Lawler wasn't in the building I don't know. Some guys being paranoid (which is how the business is, and I don't blame them, it's justifiable in many cases) wondered if WWE was trying to send Lawler a message and THAT'S IT! No plans to replace Lawler.

I've heard Mania, I'm fine with it personally, Flair can still contribute as a manager, or a road agent or some other role. It's amazing he's continued to work a full time schedule all these years and has been pretty injury free since coming to WWE, but it's getting to be time for Natch to hang it up to preserve his own legacy as I'm sure there's already people who'll say he's stayed too long.

Stephanie McMahon is pushing hard for D-Lo Brown to be brought up to the main RAW roster and become involved in a mid-card storyline. Brown has currently been working a lot of dark matches at recent televised events.

Never heard that reported anywhere else so I assume this is just a newz site making things up.

Source: PWTorch Hotline

Sources indicated that Vince McMahon was a little upset with the general reaction Snitsky got on Raw Monday. Vince thought Snitsky was more over than he was and when he announced Cena vs Snitsky he was a little taken back by the lack of reaction.

Vince still believes you can give a guy like 10 squash matches and fans will believe he's a monster. They really should look at what they're doing with Big Daddy V on ECW as a way to look at how to develop a good monster. Everyone knows Snitsky sucks, and he never really beat anyone credible in the time he was being built in ECW, when they had the oppurtunity to use RVD for that, they failed to do so and instead sent RVD out strong.

Seriously, the best source for wrestling news online is PWInsider.com, and to a lesser extent the Torch or The Wrestling Observer, those are the only one's I know of that still have contacts within the industry that will talk to them. Everything else is just a newz site stealing from those three, or making the information up completely.

It makes for good conversation though. :)

Vis has been on a role and through the matches he has had you can at least belive he is a force to be rekoned with. Snitski on the other hand is just a big ugly guy who hasn't had nearly enough exposure or decent wins to be considered a monster as effective as vis. If Vince really wants to use him so bad they should have waited a few more weeks and let him destroy more people.

Do not forget that Snitsky was a jobber on RAW before he left for the ECW. Most of fans still remember that well. Making him suddenly as a monster heel just will not pass on our fans. Snitsky's push is going to fail.

I agree, that's definitely a factor, WWE has to realize the fans aren't stupid or forgetful, if a guy is treated like a piece of shit forever, he can't overnight be credible.
