I'm not a member of this crew, but I'm watching RAW right now. This shit is fucked up beyond belief. His whole fucking family is dead.

I don't reply on the forums much... But I've been choked up for the past hour since I first learned of the sad and terrible news.

All I can say is that I wish the Benoit family and loved ones the best, and I wish there were a more direct way of sending my condolences.

CHRIS NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

One of the only wrestlers I liked from back in the day, when I still watched wrestling.

Goodnight, sweet prince. :'[

I am in total shock right now. I was watching a movie and as soon as I fliped on Raw and read what was going on and heard what was being said, my jaw hit the floor. Chris... damn I am so shook up I can't get what I really want out on the damn keyboard.

RIP Chis & family.. You will be missed.

According to WWE.com and a few other news sources, police are suspecting that...and I hate to even say this...that they believe it was a murder-suicide.

As in, Benoit killed his family, then himself.

I don't believe that for a second. No one was a kinder man out of the ring than Chris Benoit.

I just hope like hell there's no truth in this.

I just got done watching the last 2 hours of the RAW special at my neighbors, and wow, what an ironic ending to it, yet somehow fitting; he gets to be back with Eddie, so it's only natural to have it end with the two of them holding their former championship gold at The Grandest Stage of Them All. R.I.P. to you & your family, man. In speaking of Eddie, can you just imagine the emotional state that Chavo's in right now? My god, and Vickie, too. My heart also goes out to the Guererro family, since Chris was like one of their own to them.

This is still having a hard time registering in my head, and I doubt it will for a while.

I second that; that was the best thing you've done for the fans in a long time. You put him before the storyline, and that's all he would've ever asked for.

FUCK! That's what my neighbor had been thinking! And it flashed through my mind before that for like 5 seconds! Yes, I SINCERELY HOPE THERE'S NO FUCKING TRUTH IN IT, EITHER. But the sudden backing out of the match, what Chavo said about what his last words to him were during that phone call (as if he were saying his goodbyes), and just the fact that they were all home when it occurred is just all horrible to even hint at. PLEASE let this be a misjudgement, because if it isn't, I don't know how ANYONE in that locker room - not to mention us, the fans - will take it. I'm still getting the thought of him dead registered in my brain, and I don't need something WORSE in place of it.

Yeah I'm with ya on this. I'm still reeling from the story itself, and adding the possibility of this just puts salt in the wounds. I don't, and can't belive this. A very sad day in the world.

There is no way I will believe that. That isn't remtely possible. I know that this will bring deep offense to Dean and Chavo and all of the wrestling community that the police could even suspect that.

I can't either- they aren't releasing any details, but I've read that there were no gun or knife wounds- in fact the only thing I have read that supports it is that his wife and son died on Sunday, while Chris died today, but I still think it most likely that they died of some illness and he took his own life after that.

I really don't like speculating about it though, it's best just to remember the great things that he did and the years of entertainment he gave to millions and leave that to the authorities.

His was not by random, he managed for that to happen. Something must have happened, his wife must have said something.

I'm watching this tribute show to Benoit, and personally, I think it's the best one WWE has ever done. The only negative I can say is that I hate how much practice WWE has gotten to be able to make this happen. I almost want this show to be haphazard and disorganized because it never happened before. Because Eddie and Owen didn't die, because nobody ever died before...it's a phenomenal show for a phenomenal performer, but it just shouldn't be happening...it shouldn't NEED to happen...

Holy Hell.....according to WWE.com and Fox News, the deaths are now being called a double murder-suicide. Benoit killed his wife and son, then took his own life. I'm at a loss for words......

You sure? i don't think he would never do that, i think a muderer did this, not Chris, for all the years i have seen him, i highly disagree that he would do that.

Have you ever met Chris? Do you know him personally, or are you just judging this off what you see on TV?

I have never emt the man, but I would have love to. My belief of Benoit not killing his family is based off the testimonials of his closest friends and peers. Many of them said he was a family man and knew he loved his family. When Dean and Chavo tell you something about Chris, that trumps any news source.
