Damn.. Megadeth, Bruce Dickinson (of Iron Maiden fame), Anthrax, White Zombie. If there's one thing I remember about ECW is that it always had some of the best music around. Yet another thing that both WCW and the WWE stole from ECW.

I'll probably miss Raw tonight due to family being over. So if anyone wants to do a re-cap they are welcome to it. Tonight they air the tribute to the troops they did so it will not be live.

I really hope his current heel run leads to AJ being featured more by TNA, he's one of their best homegrown stars and he should be a posterboy for TNA's ability to create new names.

As much as I give them shit for the horrible stuff they do, I give WWE huge praise for their tribute to the troops shows, it's a wonderful thing they do for the guys each year. Big ups to JBL for his role in that...and yeah, that's the only time I'm ever gonna give him praise.

Hoping to get that Shane Douglas bio done tommorow and maybe up, the holidayness really ate up the time I was gonna use to do it, and the last time I touched on it I was already two pages in and it was just coming into his first world title reign and the renaming of the company, so this is probably gonna be a long one people.

I did manage to see the tribute show last night, and it was a decent one at that. It is a nice thing to see the WWE doing this each year, the troops looked to be having one hell of a time.

It was also cool for me to see Punk in action. If allowed I think a Punk/Benjamin match on ppv would rock!

It was cool seeing how a lot of the troops didn't know who he was when he came out, but when the match was done he was already a fan favorite, probably because he showed the most excitement and emotion out of everyone there.

Stephanie McMahon sees Daniel Rodimer as "the new Diesel" and she wants to group him with Edge and Randy Orton. There are already RAW brand house shows being advertised with DX vs. Edge, Randy Orton and Rodimer in 2-on-3 matches. Rodimer has only been wrestling since August.

So how does that work? Rodimer banged Stephanie, so she considers him a great talent? And how can she compare Rodimer to Diesel? Say what you will, but at least Nash has some personality and make speople laugh (even if its by being an idiot) what can Rodimer do?

I have some news on Vladimir Kozlov.

WWE newcomer, Vladimir Kozlov, is said to be in line for a big main event push. Kozlov made his debut this past Monday on RAW. Kozlov was also interviewed on SmackDown on Thursday. There has been some concern on the McMahon's decision to push him due to his lack of wrestling abilities. Sources are saying that Deep South Wrestling officials pushed for his matches not to air on Television.

Plans for Kozlov at this point are that he will be a geeky Russian that thinks he is a babyface, when in reality he is a heel.

Forgive me for comparing the wrestling abilities of two wrestlers who haven't even debuted yet, but it seems like this Kozlov fellow will have the mic skills of Nikolai Volkoff, mixed with a bit of Matt Morgan, the wrestling skills of Daniel Rodimer, and the heel/face allignment of Stone Cold in reverse.

1. Cena def Umaga: It has been rumored that Cena will head into WM as the champ. Sorry Umaga, you will have to job to the superman like everyone else.
2. The DX def Rated RKO: Rated RKO had the upper hand against The DX which means that the opposite will happen at NYR.
3. Mickie James def Victoria: Victoria beat Mickie clean on RAW already which means that Mickie will get the score even at NYR.
4. Jeff Hardy def Nitro: When was it the last time for a title to change hands in a steel cage? I cannot recall.
5. Carlito def Masters: The match is not confirmed, but it is very likely. Did you see the trooper break the Master Lock last night. Masters is still on the jobber land as his punishment of using steroids. Enough said.

I'm going to wait until everything is announced before I make my picks. But I do believe that Carlito and Masters will wrestle one another (unfortunately) again.

As for the rest of the picks, I agree for now. Although, I wouldn't be surprised to see Orton turn on Edge, and have him face Cena for the WWE title when Wrestlemania rolls aroud.

There is also the possibility of The Worlds Greatest TagTeam VS Highlanders VS Cryme Time at New Years Revolution or any one of those comboniations.

Folks, Rodimer hasn't debuted yet, he hasn't really had the internet anywhere talking about his work. So I think you really need to reserve judgement on the guy until he debuts, yeah, the signs tend to point to him being another guy being pushed to the moon because he's huge even though he isn't ready, but he might be one of those guys who really took to the business in training.

But the new Diesel? How in the hell does Steph think that's a complement? Nash drew nothing as Diesel, and that was one of those characters wholly and completely Mcmanufactured and pushed because the office really loved him, not so much the fans. But then again, everybody does or dosen't get a push these days based on what the office says, fans be damned. Still, I think you shouldn't bag on the guy until you see him debut.

I think that by fearing the worst for his abilities before he debuts, will mean that I can't possibly be disappointed with his debut. At worst, I'll be getting the type of performance that I expect, at best, he'll do good, and I won't have expected it.

WWE needs more people with better mic skills... they all fight well...

What gets me is that Rodimer is so new to the company and wrestling as a whole and is in line for s big push, while guys who have paid their dues get left behind. I have a feeling that he won't be what managment has in mind, and could be held back some. I'm also tired of people getting a push just because they are big, but hell WWE has done that since day one and isn't going to change now.
