According to... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Heyman
Paul Heyman is still under a WWE contract.

oh snap!

I just found out that Gangrel might be joining the ECW roster. That would be cool if he feuded with that vampire guy.

Stone cold is expected to be around Wrestlemania 2007... too bad he retired from wrestling... does this mean he's going to be some sort of manager or ring anouncer?

Did You Know?

The Worms Marty Wright (the Boogeyman) eats are real? Micheal Cole also claimed in a shoot interveiw that Wright eats worms backstage as well. Expect to See Boogeyman and Jamie Noble on RAW, as Well as Shelton Benjamin, Viscera and Eugene (either or, actually) on Smackdown! soon.

By the way, London and Kendrick are still your WWE tag team champions! They Beat out The Hardyz, MNM, and Dick Taylor and William Regal in a Ladder Match (Next time, Don't forget the chairs and tables, Vince!)

Mercury broke his nose (for real) in that match. Benoit just won, Boogeyman won and kane beat MVP. So far this has been a great PPV, the best one by the WWE in quite a while.

Helms-Yang uo next, and I'm out.

Wow that's crazy. I don't think Kendrick and London will lose for a loooong time. I'm saying 2 years. I'm not kidding when I say that, they are just incredible. Well they should last 2 years if Vince knows whats good for WWE. How long have they been holding them?

Bad news for Mercury.

According to WWE Dr. Ferdinand Rios, MNM tag team member Joey Mercury suffered what seems to be a broken nose in tonight's Ladder Match with London & Kendrick, MNM, the Hardys and William Regal & Dave Taylor.

Mercury was rushed to the hospital after one of the ladders smashed him in the face and caused his nose to pour blood. Rios said that without a CT scan it isn't possible to know the exact severity of the injury.

"I can't give a prognosis because Mercury could have shattered his frontal bone," said Rios. "Hopefully there isn't any problem in his brain; that blow was so significant there could be some damage and we just couldn't tell [without the CT scan}. But, he didn't seem to have a concussion and his mental status was excellent."

He said that without any complications, Mercury may need plastic surgery and two months to recover before returning to WWE action. WWE.com will continue to follow this story as it unfolds.

There's a pic with Nitro looking on and from the looks of it, this was really serious, again, tough break for Mercury.

Damn, hope he's ok. I've had my nose broken and it's not a fun experience. I hope a speedy recovery to him.

The reports I'm hearing are that his nose was definitely broken, he also got a bruised eye, and multiple small lacerations to the face.

Kinda strange that they threw in MNM and the Hardyz in there but from what I am hearing it was easily the match of the night. I think second is the Helm/JWY match.

Also from what I am hearing the main event was horrible. Not to mention the Miz/Boogeyman match was bad as well.

Wow, that's a tough break for Mercury. So soon after coming back as well.
Didn't Christopher Nowinski have a similar thing happen, and ended up with post-concussion syndrome? I'm sure Mercury will be alright though, he's extreme ;)
Another bad thing about this is that Hardy was just beginning to fued with Mercury, and it looked as though it was going to be a quite balanced fued. I wonder what he's going to do for the next few months...

Sounds like a fun PPV overall. I would've loved to have seen that ladder match.

When you get a chance, you better see it. That ladder match alone was worth of the PPV, it was just that good. I'm glad they let London and Kendrick retain against Taylor/Regal, MNM and more importantly against the Hardy Boyz who are masters of the ladder match.

Two former ROH kids stole the show... Something about that makes me smile. And its almost as if the fans reacted to some good wrestling... Who knew?

Just a reminder to everyone, Raw is going to be three hours this week with the battle royal to start the show. Hope they can deliver a good a good show.

If last nights ladder match is any indication, maybe now wwe will stop jobbing Matt Hardy and give him a decent push on SD. Sure he's not the only one who deserves a push and all involved in the match did a fine job, but he has payed his dues and should at least get something.

I'm looking forward to it just to see who will actually be in the Battle Royale.

Who can he fued with? All of the champions are tied up with other fueds right now, and the guy he was beginning to fued with broke his nose yesterday.

I have some news on Paul Heyman.

Source: The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The word is that when Vince McMahon returned from Iraq, he told people that Paul Heyman was done with the company.

Heyman is under the impression he is finished with the company, and is looking at flying out to Hollywood to pitch scripts he has worked on.

WWECW is expected to become something of a high level developmental territory. Talent from Ohio Valley Wrestling is expected to join WWECW soon.

With Heyman no longer apart of creative, the current writers for WWECW include acting head writer Dave Lagana and Pantelis Ypsilantis (a Heyman protege).

I just saw the results for the PPV. Tough luck for Mercury, but this proves he is all business. I can't wait to find a video of the match.

I think the WWE will introduce some new talent for the Battle Royale on Raw tonight, or bring a couple of guys over from Smackdown.

Elite Account man, it's completely worth the money.

I've heard nothing but great reviews on the ladder bout, and most of what I've heard on the main event isn't that it was bad as much as it was OK or "meh".

I'm looking at at least STARTING to get a "Profile in Extreme" typed tommorow. If nobody has any other names they'd like to throw out there, I'm leaning towards doing Jerry Lynn. If there's somebody you'd rather like to know more about first, let me know. I'm also toying with the idea of an ECW Report Card since I will actually be home, and my policy at this point is that if I'm home, I'll give the show a watch, but it's not the "must tape" thing it was to me. Since it really seems to me WWE is pretty determined to tank it.

TNA Spoiler up ahead, don't read if you don't care for it.

During the Impact Tapings it was announced that Samoa vs Kurt Angle III will indeed take place at Final Resolution (Which is a bad idea IMO), but it will be a 30-minute Iron-man match.

Raw was decent last night. Why in the hell is WWE still going with K-fed? His 15 minutes of fame is up already.

During the Cena/Edge match it was kinda funny to see how split the crowd was. All the women and kids cheering for Cena while all the men were cheering for Edge. DX getting destroyed at the end of the show was brutal.

Hell, Cena had his best match since the ones he had against Kurt Angle, long ago. I had one huge problem with RAW.... Kenny Dykstra? That's the best they could come up with? Why don't we get Mikey, and rename him Mikey Mantle? Add Johnny, let him use his real name, Johnny Jeter and now we got the sports squad... Same dudes, with a similar gimmick.

And it was about time RKO actually did something to DX instad of getting buried week in and week out by HHH and HBK.

I don't know bout you guys but i'm starting to get sick of the whole DX and rated RKO feuding. I think they should end this soon.

Anyone know when is Wrestlemania???

Me too. Hopefully this feud ends at New year's Revolution.

Anyone know when is Wrestlemania???

Its on April 1st.

Speaking of Wrestlemania, I have a question for everyone here... How would you book Wrestlemania? THis is what I cmae up with.

Cena retains last night (which he did), and loses to Umaga at NYR. We have a triple threat the next night between Umaga, Cena and Orton (who should be done with DX after NYR) Orton wins the title by pinning Cena, so Umaga would remain undefeated. Orton faces let's say Edge at the RR, and HHH screws Edge, setting up a match between Edge and HHH at Wrestlemania. Van Dam and Cena are last two remaining wrestlers at the Rumble with Cena winning, setting up Orton vs Cena for the WWE title at WM, with Cena wanting revenge for Orton pinning him and winning the WWE title. Since Van Dam was the last one eliminated hegoes on to feud with Lashley, for the ECW title. Meanwhile, Taker is having a match on SD! and is interrupted by Umaga, who goes on to beat him up. This sets up the still undefeated Umaga vs Taker's undefeated streak at WM.

Also on ECW, we have CM punk challenging anyone from any brand to a match at WM.. HBK accepts the challenge and we have our dream match for WM. We add Show vs Hogan. And the card looks like this.

WWE title match- John Cena vs Randy Orton
Edge vs HHH
Umaga vs Undertaker (undefeated streaks on the line)
CM Punk vs HBK
RVD vs Bobby Lashley (for the ECW title)
Big Show vs Hulk Hogan

And then whatever matches are left. maybe Kennedy vs Batista for the WHC. We have the MITB match, a tag-match to unify both tag titles (solving any tag -team division problems) and some sort of diva match.

We would get Show and Hogan for historical purposes, Umaga and Taker to end one of the winning streaks, and a dream-match which would probably steal the show between Punk and Michaels and we have a pretty good Wrestlemania.... Thoughts and opinions are welcome.

My name is pepeatumi... But you already knew that!

The Return of Gangrel will be cool. I hear he's entering ECW really really soon.

Stone Cold will make an appearance at Wrestlemania. Guarantee it!

RAW WAS FUCKING BRUTAL LAST NIGHT! People were getting busted open, Smashed through walls, and Every was just getting PWNED left and right. It was great.

Hey Avie, Would you please do something about New Jack? or Maybe Shane Douglas, The First ever ECW Heavyweight Champion?

P.S Speaking of ECW, Go Over to WWE.com and cast your vote as to who will face Lashley for the belt tonight. Your Choices are RVD, Test or Sabu.

taker better not lose at WM, that would just be wrong.
he should win for the 15th time then go into semi-retirement.
to return once or twice a year as a legend.
