Flair is an internationaly recognized star who may not have much left wrestling wise, but he could do plenty as a manager or some other on air character. WWE needs to keep the nature boy as long as they can, for both their sakes it seems. He needs the money, and they can always find something for him to do.

I don't think they're going to get rid of Flair so much as give him some time off. Giving the IC title to Edge isn't such a bad idea, though it could have used more buildup. Edge is a former multi-time IC champion himself, anyhow.

I'm not sure if TNA would be excited about having Flair on their show or not. Flair is too old to be in the ring, and TNA isn't very big on manager characters. That mad bomber look alike is about all they have for major managers.

and since flair is in debt, him having time off would kinda be bad for him.

Nah, I think it's become like "What?" it's just something fun for the fans to do when it comes to Angle. I'm sure most people don't even remember where or when it started (it was a couple years back, and it was Edge who first suggested it in a promo he was cutting on Angle on SD!, caught fire, and it's been around ever since).

RAW was great this week.
Everything was on Par, even Cena's rapping was mildy amusing.
The only thing that ruined the splendid night was Cena hitting the FU on Shawn Michaels.
The crowd had a great atmosphere though, they loved it when Cena bled like a Haemophiliac.

Yep..but first (to make things easier), here is the Current Card for NYR:

Elimination Chamber Match for WWE Championship
John Cena vs. Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters vs. Kane vs. Carlito

Knowing the WWE, wigger power will prevail yet again. But if they make it at least look like hes losing, it will be a good math (not like 2nd Elim.Chamber, Goldberg eliminating everyone fast is not good....

Triple H vs. Big Show

Triple H, they are bring '06 has another "reighn of thr game" , so enjoy 2 years of on and off again HHH

Intercontinental Championship
Ric Flair vs. Edge

Toss up, they might make flair lose and Edge do an Ultimate Warrior at WM22

Womens Championship
Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James

:My prediction, and GOD I hope im right, Trish Stratus will realise she attracted to Micckie, Mickie wins and they make out. ^_^

Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Gregory Helems

Insignificant, but King ftw

Bra & Panties Gauntlet Match
Victoria vs. Torrie Wilson vs. Maria vs. Ashley vs. Candice Michelle

Hell, we all win that one. I hope andice Michelle loses, so we can see her in her Bra and PAnties..

Predictions for New Year's Revolution 2006... Let's give this a shot, aye?

Elimination Chamber:
Cena is going to lose. I can't decide on a winner. Honestly? I don't have a problem with anyone else that's in this match. I like 'em all (even Masters. Oh my.) So, the prediction from me in this match is that Cena will NOT walk out of the Chamber champion. Or I guarantee to you, that everyone in the neighborhood will know.

Gregory Helms vs. Jerry Lawler:
LOL. Didn't we have a match like this last year? ON THE SAME PAY-PER-VIEW? Yep. It was Hassan back then, remember? I want to see Helms win. And he will.

Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James:
Well, Trish has had the title for a year now (WOW. Wouldn't you know it? She won it back from Lita in this PPV, too.) And I think the WWE is trying to make the Women's Division worth a quarter of a damn. SO, Mickie James will win, Trish turns heel, rivalry, blah, blah, blah.

Bra & Panties Gauntlet:
Ashley or Maria are going to win. Why? They're the hottest of the 5. In my eyes... The penis people and lesbians all win, anyway.

Triple H vs. Big Show:
The rehash from Backlash 2004. Edge had a cast he could use as a weapon to beat Kane. (WTF? Big Show's partner? COINCIDENCE!) Well... I think Big Show could win... Ah, who am I kidding. Triple H is my personal anti-christ, and he'll whoop Show upside the head with Ol' Faithful.

Edge vs. Ric Flair:
A match I really can't put my finger on. If WWE is willing to use Edge and his contract (they should've made the contract for a World Championship, instead of specifying a brand championship. Oh well.), I don't think they will let him win against Flair. Yet, I still see him winning. As someone else said, it could happen a la Ultimate Warrior... Only, it would be with Edge, and it wouldn't be someone who is completely worthless.

Summary
Elimination Chamber: Cena loses, anyone can win by me.
Helms vs. Lawler: Helms
Trish vs. Mickie: Mickie
Gauntlet: Ashley/Maria
HHH vs. Show: HHH
Edge vs. Flair: Flair

Later, mortals.

Look guys I think the two last men in the chamber will be HBK and Angle because if you all remember they are tied 1 to 1. HBK won at a PPV (wich I cant remember) and Angle made Cena tap at Wrestlemania. And during the homecoming they had an Ironman match to break their tie but they still ended up tieing. Both of them as the last men in the EC would be a great way to finally break their TIE!!!

Although they don't have a profile up yet, I am pretty sure wwe has re-hired Jamie Noble. During his match with Paul London on Veocity they said he was back in the wwe. Which is fine with me as he's very good in the ring.

I completely agree. The fact that Cena barely hit the FU, yet Micheals had to stay down for the remaining 2 minutes is bull shit. Im sorry, but if the move were real, it would do jack shit to hurt. You might feel a small sharp pain in your back for 5 seconds, and that'd be the end of it. Not 2 minutes of pain!

I don't mind the F-U so much. You can sell it to look good. The pedigree wouldn't do much, its just a facebuster. I got pedigreed by my cousin once, who forgot to make me remove my head from between his legs. Floors are hard ^_^
Does anyone think there is a certain amount of connotations with a way a move is performed that adds to a wrestlers perosnality? With the F-U, it could show that Vince relies on Cena tocarry the business and wrestlers on his choulders (perhaps not :P), and it could also show that the move is meant to turn the match upside down O.o Change of momentum and such.... Well, enough of my over analysing of stuff...
I still think the STF-U is extremely crappy, and not worthy to make Anle tap. I dont even like Angle either.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2006-01-04 15:07:57

The STF by itself is a decent move, it just looks wrong when cena does it.

a strange way to look at the FU (Or Death Vally Driver, or Pimp Drop, or whatever they decide to call it), but i don't think he can carry the company on his shoulders for too long.

My NYR predictions
1. Helms def "The King" Lawler (Helms needs a push to start 2006.)
2. John Cena wins the EC match (First of all, Vince is dumb, if he wants Angle or HBK to be the champion, he would do it much earlier. Secondly, there is a big chance that Edge will use his money in the bank at WM22. Therefore, he needs to face a face there. HBK has said many times that he does not want to be the champion anymore. So Cena winning is the only outcome. Sorry, folks.)
3. Edge def Ric Flair(Ric Flair is in a series of trouble right now and WWE clearly does not want him to be the champion anymore. I am not worried about Edge winning the IC title. Don't forget that Cena lost his US title to OJ three weeks before he defeated JBL at WM21.)
4. HHH def Big Show (There is a rumor saying that HHH will JOB TO wigger Cena at RR, so he needs a minor push there.)
5. Candice wins the bra & panties match (I don't really care about this one. But Canice is kind of hot compared with the other 4 girls.)
6.Trish def Mickie James (I don't want to see a lesbian to be the women's champion, do you?)

Why does every body think that "Gregorey Helms" can beat The King? Greg sucks balls even as Hurrican he sucked. He couldnt even win a match with the 400 pounder Rosey by his side.

What makes every one think that he can beat King in a 1 on 1 match?

I just wanted to know in your opinions wich finisher looks the most painful. I'd go with Sweet Chin music or a chockslam maybe even the batista bomb or the modified reverse DDT that Christian does. I also think that DDT's are highly overrated...

Hmm...I'll rank them in order:

1) Sweet Chin Music

2) Unprettier

3) Batista Bomb

4) Perfect Pedigree

5) FU.....no, just kidding. If anything, its the LEAST painful looking move ever!

I have to agree. It's not like he even does it hard, it's as if he just lays them down on the mat.

Also I went to a House Show for SD! last Thursday. It was pretty good, I had floor seats. The first 6 matches were horrible but the last two were awesome. Taker vs. Orton was great, lasted a good 15 minutes and then Rey and Batista vs. MNM was pretty good. I likedn Rey in that match, he was very energetic, nothing unusual though.

Completely agreed. If I were a wrestler, I'd be embarrased to have to stay down for more than 5 seconds after that move.

Sound like a lot of fun! Interesting how on TV, Undertaker hasn't been seen, yet at house shows, he's still wrestling against Orton. It kinda shows the fake side of wrestling a little more, and is unfortunate. Anyway, glad you enjoyed the show.

I haven't been to one since I was about 9 and it was awesome! The main event was Shawn Micheals & Hunter Herst Helmsley (injured) vs Stone Cold Steve Austin & The Undertaker.

Omg. Did you see Raw? John Cena got bloodied up. Isn't it the thing to go after Cena? Ha, these story lines get so old over time. It's so obvoious every single time! Ah, WWE, why have you gotten so old fashioned these days?

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2006-01-04 22:49:59

WWE is sucking major ass right now. The only reason they arent broke yet is because TNA hasnt hit the mainstream and became a real threat to them. But, TNA is a competitor. It will own WWE's ass if Vince doesnt realize that Cena is a dumb fuck who cant wrestle.

Now, I believe I may have confused some people with my predictions yesterday. So, since somebody thankfully cleared that confusion, I'll post my final predictions for New Year's Revolution.

Jerry "the King" Lawler vs. Gregory Helms- Jerry "the King" Lawler. Obviously, Helms is sucking major ass in his matches. He sucked just as bad as when he was the Hurricane. And now he wants to pick a fight with a legend who stopped wrestling years ago? Sheesh! Anyways, moving on...

Ric Flair vs. Edge w/ Lita (IC title match)- Edge. Since Flair is in deep shit right now, it's obvious they have to let him go for now. Besides, Edge could remake WWE history at WM22 if he not only wins the IC belt, but also wins the WWE championship.

Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James (Women's Title match)- Trish Stratus. She's a babe. I wonder why she hasnt been in Playboy yet? Hell, far as I know, Torrie Wilson might have broken the Playboy curse. She came back. But, not to get off subject. Trish should obviously hold on to the title for a little longer. Say, until June, perhaps?

Bra and Panties Gauntlet match
Victoria vs. Torrie Wilson vs. Candice Michelle vs. Ashley vs. Maria
As I said before, I could give a fuck less about this match. Course, I wouldnt mind watching it for the hell of it. (the replays, of course. I wont be there for it when it happens live. I will, instead, be in an intensive care unit after my surgery not knowing what the fuck is going on.) Moving on, lots to talk about...

Big Show vs. Triple H- Big Show. Obviously it seems that Triple H has given himself a bigger handicap than he started out with. Then again, I could be wrong. But, I'm sticking to the fact that Big Show will womp Triple H 's little ass.

Elimination Chamber match (for the WWE championship)
John Cena vs. HBK vs. Carlito vs. Chris Masters vs. Kane vs. Kurt Angle
Yup, this is gonna be a hell of a fight, that's if Cena doesnt activate his wigger powers and "beats" all their asses.( Course, like I said earlier, I wont be seeing the actual event live. I will have to watch a replay from a hospital bed due to a surgery on my spine.) Not to get off topic again, I hope that either Carlito, Masters, or Angle wins. Maybe HBK, i dunno. But, ANYONE BUT CENA! (I swear, if he wins, I'll walk my cripple ass from that hospital bed and beat the fuck outta him for winning. But, I know I'll never be able to do that. *sigh*)

Well, before I go, I would like to say something I forgot to say yesterday. That Shelton Benjamin segment with his "mama" was horrible. I hope that ends quickly. Hence, another reason why (if I can get the ok from my doctors in the near future) if I go into the pro wrestling business, I'd go to TNA. I'd love to stay and talk, but I got other things to do. Chat with ya's later.

you want to know why wwe isn't broke? They were selling wrapping paper for six $ at wwe.com, and it was a hot seller... This is why Vince will never go bankrupt, if he can just stick the wwe logo on some paper and make a killing he is in no big trouble.

Now that you have some of the painful ones listed, lets get a bit specific in these catagorys...

Most effective/painful Submissions

most devistating power moves

have at it

At 1/3/06 10:09 PM, -Mitsubishi- wrote: Elimination Chamber Match for WWE Championship
John Cena vs. Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters vs. Kane vs. Carlito

This is tough to call...we can be sure Kane won't win. Since WWE definitely isn't stupid enough to stick "Champion vs. Champion" of the main two belts on No Way Out. Masters is sooooooo not ready, Carlito I think should look good here, since he's a possible competitor who could break through in another year or so. Angle needs to either get it, or get out, I appreciate what they've attempted to do with the feud between him and Cena, but I think there needs to be a fresh Mania program here. Cena could very easily retain it, but I think there's another scenario they can play...Michaels wins, Vince then begins trying to fuck him out of the belt, succeeds at the Rumble, setting up a match between them at Mania. Too little build you say? Not in today's WWE it isn't. Going out on a limb and saying Shawn Michaels as a transitional champ.

Triple H vs. Big Show

Tough call, Big Show has been getting a push recently, and with what could be the imminent departure of Kane to SD! that frees Show up to be a force within the RAW singles division. However, rumors swirl that it'll be H/Cena at Mania, and if THAT'S true...it would probably benefit the H more to win here as he can use that victory as justification to challenge the champ. These Big Show pushes start and fade, and betting against Hunter is usually stupid the way the company uses him, so...the H.

Intercontinental Championship
Ric Flair vs. Edge

Everybody seems to think that Edge is going to win the IC title here...I don't. Two reasons...One: Edge has that money in the bank title shot, if he dosen't cash it in at Mania, then he needs to cash it in at the last possible big event before hand, which would be the Rumble. I think Edge may win here, but in such a way that he won't have the IC belt to interfere with his shot at the WWE champ, so count out or DQ, Flair can then cost him the title win, which gives Flair a measure of revenge for the absolutely appalling way WWE has dragged his real life problems into the storylines, and they can have some sort of specially stipulated bout at Mania.

Womens Championship
Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James

Anyone give a damn about the Women's Title anymore? Anyone? Yeah...that's what I thought...Mickie will probably win, either by turning heel outright on Trish, or doing some dykey thing that will throw Trish off and allow her to win.

Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Gregory Helems

I don't care? I don't care! Lawler or Helms...it dosen't matter, either way it's a useless win, in a useless match, that is probably just filler, then Lawler can go back to the booth, and Helms can go back to maybe jobbing on Heat if he's lucky. Not that I don't think he's talented, I think he is, it's just that he will never get used in any sort of a meaningful way up there.

Bra & Panties Gauntlet Match
Victoria vs. Torrie Wilson vs. Maria vs. Ashley vs. Candice Michelle

Let's see...not really attracted muchly to Victoria...I've seen Candice and Torrie nekkid already...so let's just make sure Maria and Ashley get stripped, and pictures go up all over the internet...pretty please? Oh, I'm supposed to pick a winner aren't I? Ok, the winner will be the fans who download pictures or video of this match from a reputable pay site for cheap, rather then paying 35 for it (what? I'm a mod, I can't encourage piracy ;p)

Oh, did anyone see HHH this week. Pretty good freestyle i reckon.

"Well, that's not the footage I asked or, but hell, this is live TV!"
The crowd loved it.

Does anyone remember last time Batista defended the title? Does anyone in Smackdown actually want that title?
Doesn't seem he has any opponents since JBL.
And Cena just uses Wigger power against Angle...
