I watch because even though I think it sucks I was a fan of it since the mid 80's so it is just like a drunk or a smoker. it is hard to give it up and it takes awhile. I don't like to watch it but I do in the someone hope in the back of my mind that says "hey tito, maybe it will be better tonight, let's give it a chance" so until sceinece can make somethiung that shuts that voice up I will keep watching

Trish barley even cared about the kiss as if she liked it it lasted for a good 5 seconds why didnt Trish push her off when Mickie "Went For It"..

Very hard to tell but maby Vince will add 2 Lesbians to the storylines its possible. I mean anything to make him money and thats including adding to Lesbians. But its proboley going to end like this.

Mickie win Womens Champ then Trish wins it back. Or it could go like this THEY BECOME GAY FOR EACHOTHER AND LIVE A HAPPY GAY WWE LIFE! Lol.

To be honest, I didn't see that one coming either. It was quite a shock to me. Now, as for your "maybe they'll become lesbians" theory, I wouldn't get your hopes up. WWE has plans to make these two RIVALS not LOVERS.

Trish barley even cared about the kiss as if she liked it it lasted for a good 5 seconds why didnt Trish push her off when Mickie "Went For It"..

More like 3 seconds. Although, you are right, she didn't exactly seem upset after the kiss. Just a little shocked.

Very hard to tell but maby Vince will add 2 Lesbians to the storylines its possible. I mean anything to make him money and thats including adding to Lesbians. But its proboley going to end like this.

lol...Vince is a sick S.O.B. Who knows what he may do. He had that whole "Hot Lesbian Action" thing in the late 90's/early 00's, so that could very well happen. Still, the current plan is for Trish and Mickey to begin hating each other, not loving each other. Although, those two as lesbians would cause a great increase in the number of young adult male viewers...

Mickie win Womens Champ then Trish wins it back. Or it could go like this THEY BECOME GAY FOR EACHOTHER AND LIVE A HAPPY GAY WWE LIFE! Lol.

I'd go with the Championship theory.....for now, at least! :P

I don't think this is something to get all hyped up about. It's not like this is the first time wwe tried a gay thing... we had billy and chuck, we had Torri and Dawn (which eneded up with a gooker award) and when Sable came back they put her in a that kind of story.. So this is nothing new, and will probably be bad for Trish's career.

Reason Hardy Wasn't Fired, TNA House Show Tour, More

Many people have been questioning TNA's decision not to fire Jeff Hardy after no-showing his scheduled pre-show match at the Turning Point PPV last month. Jeff was not at the PPV and did not attend iMPACT! for the quadruple taping. With four weeks of TV taped already, Hardy will not be appearing on any of the shows. This is basically considered as a 'suspension' for Jeff. The reasoning behind not releasing Hardy has to do in a part with merchandise sales. With TNA trying to make a profit from DVD and merchandise sales as well as house shows (likely coming near the end of 2006), they really can't afford to lose him. Hardy currently has a DVD in most stores and his merchandise in TNA is one of the top sellers. Hardy will likely be back in the early part of 2006 as will Sean Waltman who has been backstage at many PPV's and iMPACT! tapings.

The early plan right now is for TNA to begin touring near the end of 2006. The office staff right now is working with independent promoters in 'hot spots' for wrestling around the United States. They want to have all the promotion worked out before they try to run a show. Keep in mind that 18-Wheeler trucks to carry the ring as well as ring crew, travel/hotel, etc. etc. etc. does not come cheap. There is a lot of work involved in running a tour and TNA wants to make sure they've got everything perfect before even announcing it.

Possible No Way Out Spoiler, Batista, Kane, More WWE Notes

inDemand is advertising that Kane will be challenging Batista for the World Heavyweight Title at the upcoming WWE No Way Out PPV on February 19, 2006.

Gabe sent this in: Just got back from the movie "The Ringer" and playing a tough guy for the bookie they make the bet with is Terry Funk. He isn't credited on imdb.com as of yet and I don't remember him speaking but he is on screen for 3-4 minutes I would guess and is prominently displayed in the credits.

Add a 4/26 WWE show in Brussels, Belgium to the upcoming European tour.

In the Eddie Guerrero biography, CM Punk, Christopher Daniels and Low Ki are put over strongly.

Another WWE Diva/Wrestler Relationship, Heyman-WWE, More

PWInsider is reporting that Heyman was offered a 5 year contract from WWE. Right now it looks like he doesn’t want to be a part of RAW or SmackDown, and wants to stick with developmental talent and ECW projects.

There is a Hulk Hogan DVD coming out on April 4, similar to the 3-disc set that was released on Ric Flair. There is also another Divas DVD coming out on February 21.

It appears that WWE diva Maria is now dating developmental wrestler CM Punk. Punk is currently in OVW, and has been a big name on the indy scene for a while now.

Y2J-RAW, Christy, New Talents, More

Tatanka as well as Aaron Stevens (known as Idol Stevens) will debut with both Beth Phoenix and Shelly Martinez as his valets at house shows this week.

As of this morning, Bret Hart had not been contacted as to what WWE was planning to do with tonight's angle. The goal of the segment is to push DVD sales although you never know with Vince. Hart is living in Italy and has no plans to return to TV.

Christy Hemme (March) and Joy Giovanni (October) are both featured in the WWE 2006 calendar.

Chris Jericho was on Much Music last night promoting a show called Video on Trial. He has a tease on his website for new RAW GM although that is not going to happen.

The January 2, 2006 National Enquirer has done an article on Ric Flair's legal woes.

The RAW crew will run a Tuesday house show tomorrow night from White Plains, NY.

Adam Lebow sent this: Last night on the 2 a.m. edition of Sportscenter on TSN, the show ended with numerous sports personalities singing the night before Christmas. One of the celebrities, aside from stars such as Wayne Gretzky and Steve Nash, was Trish Stratus. Additionally, at the end of the show as Sportscenter goes off the air, they air some of the bloopers of the sports celeb's attempting to do their lines, and one of them was Adam Copeland (Edge). He didn't make the final cut. TSN has yet to post the outtakes on their site.

There is a new Power 25 ranking up. Rounding out the top five this week includes John Cena at No. 1, Batista at No. 2, Big Show & Kane at No. 3, Shawn Michaels at No. 4 and Booker T at No. 5.

A lengthy article is up on WWE.com with Antonio of The Heart Throbs where his start in professional wrestling is highlighted. It is a very interesting read that details how Antonio first started interning for WWE and left that position to pursue an in-ring career.

Former WWE star Tajiri & current SmackDown star Fuanki appeared on a Japanese talk show yesterday. On the show, Tajiri mentioned that he would be interested in working with Ultimo Dragon in the future (even though they worked together many years ago in Mexico) and that he will be writing a regular column for Baseball Sha Magazine.

United Wrestling Federation (whose General Manager is former WWE referee Earl Hebner) is promoting events in Emporia, Virginia on January 13 and January 14 with many TNA stars. Jeff Jarrett is slated to defend the NWA World Title against AJ Styles, while NWA World Tag Team Champions will face Team 3D. Report: Booker T Injured At House Show

Booker T injured his right knee in a match with Matt Hardy at Monday night's SmackDown! house show, reports WrestlingObserver.com.

Immediately following the match, which came to a sudden end when Booker showed signs of pain, a number of referees hit the ring to help the wrestler make it to the back. After several minutes, he was able to get up for the trip up the ramp.

WWE Notes: Shelton's Mamma, Trish, Cena/STFU, More News

As noted last night, Shelton Benjamin's "mama" will be appearing on Raw next week. WWE was recently on the lookout for a 50-something, heavy-set black female to play the part of his mama.

Trish Stratus wants to wish everyone a "Merry Trishmas!" Trish posted some Christmas jokes on her official website. She also wanted to thank everyone for their birthday wishes as it was recently her 30th birthday. Trish also updated her comment board for the first time since last May.

A clip of numerous sports celebrities singing "The night Before Christmas" aired on Canada's version of Sportcenter on TSN this past weekend. One of the celebrities singing was Trish Stratus.

In case you missed it last night, John Cena has a new maneuver called the STFU, which is derived from a nasty internet slang.

John Cena's "Bad Bad Man" song has been playing in commercials promoting "The Shield" television show on the cable channel FX.

The Dish Network is offering a special deal for wrestling fans that order pay-per-views. The Dish Network is offering a "Road To Wrestlemania" package for the next three WWE pay-per-views. The Dish Network are offering New Year's Revolution, the Royal Rumble and No Way Out for $88.95 if they are ordered together. They would cost $105.00 otherwise, a savings of approximately $17.00 with this deal.

More Backstage RAW News, Foley, HHH/Cena, More

Some backstage believe that the finish of the Booker T-Matt Hardy match was a "Finlay Finish", as WWE agent Dave Finlay has been known to do injury angles leading to the end of matches. Many fans who were in attendance thought it was real. Booker T was able to walk to the back under his own power so it may have just been a cramp.

Mick Foley was present at the New York Jets-New England Patriots game last night in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Local ad's for next week are advertising a Triple H vs. John Cena match which will likely take place after the show goes off the air.

Indy workers The Outcast Killaz received a tryout prior to RAW yesterday. They will be at today's SmackDown! tapings as well. Former ROH champion Xavier was also backstage at last night's RAW.

The Annual Sally Beauty Best Tressed(R) Survey has Hulk Hogan voted the Male Celebrity with Worst Bottle Blonde in '05.

From Mike Informer: Lance Storm has updated his Q & A section at http://www.stormwrestling.com/122605.html

The Team Spirit gimmick (male cheerleaders) is a project of Vince McMahon. OVW star Elijah Burke actually approached OVW management and asked that he not be involved in the angle in hopes that something better would come at some point. That won't do him any favors for sure. Mike Mondo is being talked about to take his place.

As it stands right now, there are no plans for Charlie Haas to return to WWE. Haas left WWE on very bad terms with writer Dave Lagana and has stated so in numerous interviews since his release.

Ed Ferrera is currently writing a feature film titled "Agent One-Half".

WWE RAW Preview (1/2/06)

Last week on RAW, John Cena defeated Shelton Benjamin but was then unceremoniously attacked by Kurt Angle and Daivari. Seeing the brawl, Mr. McMahon ordered a match for this Monday between Angle and Cena. But it won’t just be a typical match – it’ll be a First Blood Match, which ensures that by its very nature things will get out of hand. Who will leave RAW wearing the crimson mask, and who will walk away victorious? Watch RAW (9/8 CT; USA) to find out.

Also, after his latest devastating loss, Shelton Benjamin received a call on his cell phone. Whoever was on the other end of the line will be coming to see Shelton at this week’s RAW. Who will it be, and can that person help Shelton get off the losing track?

And Shawn Michaels looked seriously concerned as RAW went off the air last week. He had just received a threat from Mr. McMahon, who took exception to HBK’s comments regarding the infamous “Montreal Incident” of 1997. What will HBK have to say this week, and is Mr. McMahon finished with Michaels? Tune in to RAW to find out.

No. The 'STFU' is simply another name for the already-used move 'STF'. He simply added the 'U', there is no difference in the technique.

I've heard of Punk before and am surprise he hasn't shown up on Raw yet.

Jeff Hardy is too much of a burnout is seems. He's still popular and his stuff sells but he can't stay in the game for long. He was a rising star in WWE and he just slacked off until they had no choice but to fire him.. oh well.

I'm sure the same will happen in TNA as well, Jeff just dosen't seem to have the ability to handle the grind of the business. I imagine TNA is figuring they'll use him until he either quits, or the fans lose interest since he dosen't work all that often, and they can then just quietly get rid of him.
