The last time they were in the ring together, he picked him up held him up walked about four steps or so then dropped and pinned him. Please inform me of what facts I have made up in my posts. A dimond in the rough is something thats has great potential, but isnt quite there yet. Yes I will agree the Rock is the best for hyping up people in the crowd, but if you havent noticed that he hasnt been around for awhile now. People pay to see Goldberg come and toss somebody around the ring, thats whats so appealing about him, is how he can impose himself on people, physically. Goldberg is not my favorite wrestler, I just feel that he was being unfairly piocked on in here, so I stood up for him, because I happen to think he is good for the WWE. I might be wrong on this, but IM not totally sure since I dont watch every single RAW, has HHH beteen Goldberg in a singles match(elimination chamber isnt a singles)? Please if Im wrong correct me. Oh and Goldberg also has a background in Ju-Jitsu I think, he just hasnt used it that much.

Is there a date set for the return of the Rock? Perhaps this time they wont have him return as the most popular heel. NO matter hwat he said the people still loved him. He is a real babyface, and could never in my opinon make a heel that everyone hated.

smackdown this week was one of the best in a long while for one...it was the first one in about 3-4 weeks with an actual main event. one again i really dont care what anyone says Undertaker is still one of the best on the smackdown roster even if he is no longer in his prime he is still entertaining.

i hope that the fight between angle and benoit leads to another ppv match between the two in the future, but on the downside angle no longer has the title so they really did bring the feud back at a useless time for benoit...

alot of u have been saying that guerrero is a underused talent...well i cant say i agree fully, in recent months or even the last 2 years guererro has gotten noticebly slower and in my opinion is no longer top roster....not to say he wasent...when he first came to wwe he was most definatly top roster i dont like him in the tag team division at all chavo either....i think they should both be singles competitors chavo would be an excelent cruiser weight champ and guerro was an excelent U.S. champ...

i'm glad to see that scotty 2 hotty has returned to the ring as well as rikishi....that act wont last them forever but it still has a while before its not entertaining....although what really annoys me is that a couple of years ago he was a top competitor for the championship and now he is below middle roster....

now if u want to talk underused talent before this year big show was the biggest (literally) i'm happy to see there selling him more like it or not he is a huge athlete....and against the right opponents he could have some incredible matches.

i think hardcore holly is a great athlete...but not of lesnars calibar...maybe he should go for the U.S. title...

as for this whole goldberg feud like it or not he is the current champ....but that is not to say he does or doesent deserve it....i think he is definatly talented...and definatly a powerhouse....and also a one trick pony.....he is a powerful athlete but dosent deserve all the hype they are feeding him....but he still cant compare with HHH who is the king of overhype....also take into conideration the RAW roster definatly sucks compared to that of Smackdown....and the talent they do have i.e. Micheals, Jericho, Booker T, Kane,RVD and others are being put into crappy storylines i.e. kanes feud with shane....

i really hope they dont bring back the whole Deadman thing....it just wouldent work in todays format....guess we just gotta wait and see

Benoit would make an excellent champion. As I've said before, the Title has only been circulated between four guys for about a year, when there are so many deserving talents. Plus, since Smackdown has the Undisputed Title as oppose to the Heavyweight Title, anyone can take it. I still maintain that Rey Mysterio could easily take that title, as he's speed could more than make up what he lacks in size and strength when compared to Lesnar or Taker, or even Big Show.

i dont like him in the tag team division at all chavo either....i think they should both be singles competitors chavo would be an excelent cruiser weight champ and guerro was an excelent U.S. champ...

I don't know about Chavo, but Eddie definately needs that singles push. Eddie is also another candidate for the Undisputed Title

although what really annoys me is that a couple of years ago he was a top competitor for the championship and now he is below middle roster....

Yeah. Remeber a few years back, Big Kish was in a 6 Man Hell in a Cell against Rock, Austin, Taker, HHH and Kurt Angle? Now that shows he has what it takes.

now if u want to talk underused talent before this year big show was the biggest (literally) i'm happy to see there selling him more like it or not he is a huge athlete....and against the right opponents he could have some incredible matches.

Big Show's probably is his lack of mobility. They ought to tell him to shed some of that gut. If he could move around faster, he'd definitely be Smackdown'd #1 talent. Then any opponent could make a suitable one.

as for this whole goldberg feud like it or not he is the current champ....but that is not to say he does or doesent deserve it....i think he is definatly talented...and definatly a powerhouse....and also a one trick pony.....he is a powerful athlete but dosent deserve all the hype they are feeding him....but he still cant compare with HHH who is the king of overhype....also take into conideration the RAW roster definatly sucks compared to that of Smackdown....and the talent they do have i.e. Micheals, Jericho, Booker T, Kane,RVD and others are being put into crappy storylines i.e. kanes feud with shane....

Goldberg definitely has power. I also personally think he's good at selling himself as the "angry loner" type. What he needs is his niche. His character is better suited to being a heel. He could also benefit from a manager of Paul Heyman's calibre (he made Big Show my favorite wrestler for a brief period) Finally, he needs decent opponents. When he was fueding with Rock and Jericho, I had no complaints with him.
Also, concerning the other talent, WWE doesn't really know how to manage it, do they? My favorite example is Sean O'Haire. I say he has definite talent (Undisputed Championship worthy talent, in my opinion) but he hardly ever even gets on Velocity. Sean O'Haire was not dependant on Roddy Piper, dammit. O'Haire needs the push because he's also manipulative (he'd make a great partner for Heyman) After all, he got Spanky to streak and Dawn Marie to flash her tits just by saying "I'm telling you anything that you don't already know..."

what ever happened to haku? he was one of my favorite wrestlers

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2003-10-24 21:11:26

The top talent of RAW consits of, HHH(although way too much hype), Austin(although not a wrestler), Goldberg, HBK, Jerhico(especially if this whole storyline with trish turns out good), Booker T if he can get back to where he was pre injury, The Rock(when he comes back). I mite have miss someone, but they are the ones who carry the show. Orton, CAde and Jindrak show alot of promise, and Kane is just too messed up.

see above statement....

A dimond in the rough is something thats has great potential, but isnt quite there yet.

then you must not know the definition of diamond in the rough......

Yes I will agree the Rock is the best for hyping up people in the crowd

finally you actually get something right......

People pay to see Goldberg come and toss somebody around the ring, thats whats so appealing about him, is how he can impose himself on people, physically.

well again since he doesnt work any shows people actually cant pay to see him. Also when he is in attendance, they can the cheering. Quite frankly I think everyone here ( please respond ) would rather see christian, rvd, y2j, storm, booker, etc etc etc put on a lenghty match with high spots, good build and a quality finish. I mean who wants to pay upwards of 50 dollars to see a 2 min match where goldberg punches someone and its over? wrestling is fake enough, we dont need one hit wonders....

Goldberg is not my favorite wrestler

you sure dont act like it......

I just feel that he was being unfairly piocked on in here, so I stood up for him, because I happen to think he is good for the WWE

what good has he done? he has taken TV time away from more deserving people....(y2j)

Obviously he hasnt used it much....

has goldberg ever beaten:

Kurt Angle
undertaker
Austin
Mick Foley
to name a few..... and again lets review goldbergs streak House show wins over the following:

Ceclopay
The artist formerly known as prince Iyakaya
evad sullivan
buff bagwells mom
david arquette
Reese
the kiss demon
GI bro
the yeti

well that is truly a list of whos who in the wrestling industry! wow he even beat buff bagwells mom. she looked pretty impressive there for a while....

What are the funniest momwnts in wrestling? This can be from WWF/WWE, WCW, ECW, and whatever you've seen..It can be more than 1. I've only watched WWF/WWE so my choices come from their

Here they are:

1 DX inpersonates The Nation
2. Various Rock Promos
3. Angel and the Milk Truck
4. Al Snow vs Three Midgets in a Hardcore Title Match

Sweet, Raw and Smackdown (both non-televised) are coming to L.A. and Las Vegas and I'm going to both.

For funniest moments I would say Definatley The Rocks Promos

I also liked all of Mick's silly shit as commishioner

Oh yeah, I also was fortunate enough to meet Mick in August. Tietam Brown was a cool book. Althouhg I found this odd pattern. It's Sex, Violence, Sex, Violence, Violence, Sex, Violence, Sex with a touch of Violence and Violence.

I remember watching a skit where Edge was handing Kurt Angle some pictures and they had messages written on the backside of them.

"You suck"
"Yes, I do suck"
"I have no testicles"

Funny, funny stuff. I fell out of the couch because I was laughing so hard. I'm easily entertained :)

They had a link to it on WWE.com a while back. But sorry, The book tour was in July and August. BTW I have no problem with Sex and Violence. I love TIETAM Brown. It's pretty good. I love the twists near the ending. The descriptions for the violence are awesome. Anyways

2 non-televised events are coming my way next month. Smackdown brand is coming TO Staples Center in L.A. and RAW brand is coming to Las Vegas. And we have good tickets for both.

Oh yeah, I've also met Nunzio. and I've gotten a high-five from Rob Van DAm and Lilian Garcia. Matt Hardy has personaly waved at me before. And I was REALLY close to getting an autograph from Eddie Guererro.
Also Chavo Guerrero's house is about a mile from where I live.

I have met, shook and with, and received autographs from Bret Hart on 2 non-consecutive occasions. Chris Jericho cut a promo about me the last time he was here in winnipeg. Then after his match he came by and gave me a huge high 5. I have also met eddie guerrero. when he left WWE for a while he worked an indy promotion in winnipeg. After the show he went around and was super friendly with all the fans. I talked to him and got an autograph. I met kurt Angle at his book sigining and got a pic and autograph. I also met HBK when he came to winnipeg for a car show. Thats also how I met stacy keibler earlier this year. Besides those stories, I have met everyone else when I went to fan axxess at wrestlemania 18....on another interesting note a friend of my family went to Y2Js wedding.....

I think one of the funniest moments was back in the days of Chyna when Y2J made the bet with her and if he lost he would get a sex change. Then after when she beat him her and that chic I cant remember her name came down with a pair of bolt cutters, then said i think these are too big and I think they pulled out a pair of sewing siccors, maybe IM wrong, it was a while ago. OK, how could Goldberg have beatin Kurt or Undertaker, if they are on Smackdown and Goldberg is on RAW. And he has beat your precious Y2J, in fact Y2J refused to fight Goldberg back in their WCW days if Im not mistaken. My favorite wrestler is actually Kevin Nash, HBK and the Rock, but he isnt around at the moment, Nathan Jones and Rey Mysterio are my fav Smackdown but Jones isnt there right now either. You have still yet to actually tell me what facts I have made up, you just keep saying you make them up or put see above. Other than that you just have a difference of interpation of events. And just so you know Im not disputing that HHH is good(although way overhyped and used), or that Y2J is not good(although he was better before) or HBK(he is one of my favorites).

And he has beat your precious Y2J, in fact Y2J refused to fight Goldberg back in their WCW days if Im not mistaken.

I never said he didnt beat y2j.....
well sir you are mistaken. It was goldberg who didnt want to fight y2j because goldberg said he wasnt big enough physically/storyline and he didnt want to "lower" himself to y2js level.... whatever that means....

You have still yet to actually tell me what facts I have made up, you just keep saying you make them up or put see above.

well see above about how you thought y2j didnt want to fight goldberg. Or how you said goldberg carried henry around the ring out to his car walked him down the street and then jackhammered him 2 towns over. theres 2 points right there.

Other than that you just have a difference of interpation of events.

well no. I see what actually happened and report it. You strecth it (ex: a basic jackhammer turns into "walking around the ring")
twist it (ex: the streak but it was over shabby talent at house shows)
or are misinformed. (ex: you thought y2j didnt want to fight goldberg but it was the other way around...)

Actually I saw an interview with Y2J, I think it was during a spot on Goldbergs WCW days and he said he wouldnt fight Goldberg in WCW unless he could get it as a PPV, that he would never wrestle him on a non-PPV event. And as far as Champions go for the past 10 years, Kevin Nash would have to be greater than HHH since he went I think over a year without losing the title, the longest streak in many many years. Also you pointed out that HHH has beatin everyone, and rebuted my why does he have to get himself DQ to keep the title and you replied because of the story line, well then that would also mean that HHH has beatin everyone because of the story line, but he has not beatin Goldberg in any singles match. And of top talent that Goldberg has beatin, HHH, the Rock, Hogan, Y2J any many others, but because of the story line, why everyone wins or loses. Thats why Kevin Nash went over a year, thats why HHH kept it for so long, thats why Goldberg won, thats why Y2J was the first undisputed champ. The fact is the WWE puts who ever they feel is their best or top talent as the champ.
