Now, now, "wigger" is politically incorrect. It's more appropriate to call him a "Wafrican American."

The thing about creative's lack of hot ideas is that wrestling's been around for a long time. You know why TV shows get cancelled? Because they run out of ideas for episodes after they've been around for so long. Wrestling, however, has never been cancelled, and it's been around since, what, the 60'? They're bound to run out of good ideas sooner or later.

true but their is a major difference between a TV show and wrestling. in a tv show you can have people just beating each other up and that is that. cause it would get canceled in a heart beat. Wrestling is nothing more but people beating each other up, the only difference is their are millions of ways to do it, they choose not to come up with any new ways cause they are lazy and have not had a good idea in a long while, plus they are afraid of driving away the fans so they just go"hell we will stick with what has worked so far"

Take the show "24" very season they find a new thing to do in 24 hours and they make it so exciting and so intresting that it reaches through your tv, grabs your colon and draws you in. If 24 did what wrestling did and do the same 24 hour day every season they would get canned. now folks there are a ton of thinsg you can do in 1 hour. so 24 hours can be filled with total fun. Wrestling can be good if they go out and explore, but they either try to make it more like a soap oprea or make it appel to the kids leaving the 18-35 and older crowd upset since nothing on the show is to their liking. I mean they try to keep older men tuning in cause of the woman but that got boring too.

I think the problem with this creative team is that these are the writers that other TV shows didn't want, and Vince just hires them because they're "hollywood". What they really need to do is be willing to learn some more wrestling storytelling, it's all about working to the strengths of the medium your in, and working to the strengths of your performers (which makes or breaks what your trying to accomplish) Paul Heyman was a master at this, as he got over acts that flopped like hell elsewhere when these exact same acts weren't booked in a manner that played to their strengths.

LordKooler's Friday night Smackdown review
1.MNM vs Legion of Doom
A decent tag team match to start off Smackdown. LOD won at the end.
2.Ken Kennedy vs Paul london
Ever since WWE banned the 450 splash and the Shooting star press, Paul london has suffered. He lost the cruiserweight title to Nunzio and doesn't have a finisher. Ken kennedy won at the end. But Paul london didn't talk about his loss.
3.Paul Burchill vs Scotty 2 Hotty
Before the match, Burchill talked about his past. Paul burchill won by making Scotty 2 Hotty tap out to the Fujiwara armbar.
4.Undertaker's retirement fund
Undertaker comes out and talks about his loss to Randy orton at Summerslam. Then Randy and his father Bob orton Jr come out with Undertaker's retirement fund. Then undertaker makes lightning strike the retirement fund. Setting it on fire.
5.Eddie guerrero vs Rey mysterio
In a steel cage, Can eddie guerrero finally end his losing streak against rey mysterio that started at Wrestlemania 21? Eddie guerrero won with a frog splash.
6.Chris benoit vs Orlando jordan
Like benoit's past two matches with Jordan, Benoit beat jordan in 22 seconds.
7.Batista vs JBL
This match is a Bullrope match. JBL won the WWE title from eddie guerrero in a Bullrope match at last year's great american bash. But this time Batista won the match. Bastista is still the World heavyweight champion.

Sigh...when will the WWE get it right? The WWF had it right but it seems like ever since the name change occured things have gone downhill. (I know that the name change was only cosmetic and had nothing to do with the company roster it just seems like thats around the time things slumped) The WWE seems like a completely different beast anymore. Remember when championships would change frequantly to keep things interesting? Nowadays it seems like the company is afraid to take the title away from an established star. I understand that guys like Cena are big draws but they dont have to be champions for people to be interested. Hell even when a champion is doing horrable and turning away fans (JBL) they let them keep the belt for a year. The WWE needs to remember that we "the fans" watch wrestling becouse we are WRESTLING fans not to see a certain superstar shoved down our throats time and time again. Oh and when will they finally get enough common sence to fire Teddy Long as SmackDown GM? Has no one in the company relized how horrable of a job he is doing? Its 2005 and no one wants to see a grown ass black man say holla holla. Please bring back Shane McMahon, or even make Dusty the GM just please get rid of Teddy. What ever happened to the 90 day no compete clause for championships? When was the last time Carlito defended his? And I know Trish is injured but it's been like 5 months and no womans championship. Speaking of championships I will be one happy fat man if Murdoch and Cade win the tag team belts. I think these two can put a fire under the ass of the tag team division.

Well those are my opinions. What do you think?

Peace out'

I think that murdoch and cade wouldnt do that. All murdoch can do is give an ugly face. Cade someday could be a good singles wrestler.

Well the bull rope match sucked. but I am glad Eddie finally won. Now I am going to watch the web broadcast.

So is the feud between them finally over? And if Bradshaw lost again, who will be the new number one contender? People like to say Ortan, but I don't think he'll go for the title, until sometime later.

I'm going to assume you saw that on my site. In which case. DAMN RIGHT!

before you get behind murdoch and cade as a team, they need to prove how good they are in the ring. I am totally against giving people championships so early upon their debut. I didn't like it whne they did it with Carlito, even though I have grown to like him, and I didn't like it when they did it with MNM. Gail Kim's debut title win pissed me off too, but hey thats old newsa now huh. We don't even see a womens title anymore. Which is really sad when you think about it. Many might disagree, but women like trish, molly holly, victoria, Lita, Ivory, Gail kim, and others were really damn good at wrestling, but the diva invasion has cut that division horribly. Say what you want, but trish and a number of those girls listed have had some damn good matches , some of them better than the guys. The Lita/Trish match they had before lita got hurt is a good example.

I just watched LOD lol vs MNM fight, and Undertaker's retirement fund. I didn't bother to watch the rest the only good video was Randy Orton and Undertaker. It was lame but that seemed like the best. The stupid fire looked so damn fake.

ok without going in with any judgements about it I just saw the first hour of SD and I was dissapointed. some parts could have been better, avie hit it right on the money. the people who are writing for WWE have no clue what they are doing. they are just some bums vince found on the corner like a hooker and he let them get in and since they probably work for next to nothing. The hope is that they will kick start their brains, hopefully they will reach outside the box for ideas that will arract fans and it will be like the wwe of old, the one that I was proud to watch and looked forward too.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-09-10 11:31:58

it may look fake on the tv, but damn that fire was hot in the arena. same for booker T's flames. He is on Velocity this week against Steven Richards. Know what I have noticed? That Velocity is sometimes better than SD. This week as well.

SD! was boring. Apparently, SD! treated OJ as a zeny. He tapped out in 22.5 seconds. I cannot see that point of making Benoit keep on refreshing the record of defeating OJ. Glad to see that Eddie finally topped Rey for once. I wonder how the storyline will develop between the two former friends. By the way, Both Randy Orton vs Undertaker, Batista vs JBL feuds need periods, the feuds are getting old school.

Ok they can't do extreme matches cause that would be viewed as to offensive and they would get fines thrown at them. second of all no one wants the rock back. he was a loser when he was their and he is a loser now. he is nothing more but a sell-out bitch who said that it would be easier to make money doing a movie then going state to state wrestling

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-09-10 23:30:15

hardcore matches yes. Inferno matches no. Those have never been that great save for the first one between kane and taker. And with those, each time I have seen them, the guy with more clothes on loses.

hmm my favorite wrestlers of all time huh? well...

1. Mick Foley

I've only been a fan since April. The wrestlers who drew me in were Rey Mysterio and the Big Show. They continue to be my 2 faves.

I came out of the closet in 1999. It feels so good to be free.

Any of you young punks remember a saturday morning cartoon about WWF?
I remember Capt.Lou and Hogan was in it. . I think it was called Rock and Wrestling

The wrestlers that drew me were probably Mick Foley, and (i'm ashamed to say) the Rock. I was a face fan, so sue me. I liked the hardy boys as well. The match that got me hooked was, i believe, at the 2000 Royal Rumble, where Cactus Jack and Triple H had that streetfight, where Foley got thrown on pins, and handcuffed by HHH. I rmemeber one of the first things i saw was the Big Show chokeslamming Vince MacMahon in between two unfolded steel chairs. That was quite entertaining.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-09-12 13:36:32

I would like to see an event on PPV but I guess it is just a waste of money.
They always cost like $50 bucks. . I guess thats cheaper then going to the area especially if its on the other side of the country
