I'll start watching TNA when it starts, too. I'm not entirely sure what to expect of it.
Well, lots of stuff happened in RAW tonight. The show seemed to take a lot longer than it actually did.
It started with Big Show vs. Edge. Big Show technically won after Snitsky interfered for a disqualification. With Edge and Snitsky double-teaming Big Show, Matt Hardy came to lighten the attack by attacking Edge. With RAW off to a bad start, Eric Bischoff showed up and immediately turned the event into a Hardy & Big Show vs. Snitsky and Edge tag team match. Though Show and Hardy seemed to perform better, Snitsky scored a pin on Matt Hardy, and Edge even gave Lita the pleasure of performing a twist of fate on him.
In light of Kerwin White's abject racism and aiding Rob Conway against Shelton Benjamin, Benjamin was itching to face White in the ring. Shelton won by disqualification after White bent his 4-iron golf club on Shelton's back.
Victoria, Torrie Wilson, and Candice Michelle invited Ashley to the ring once again. Ashley knew, as did everyone else, that she would have been triple-teamed had Ashely not brought Trish Stratus as a special guest. With Stratus and Ashley getting the better of the 3, a new match for Unforgiven was announced, with Ashley and Trish in tag team action against Victoria and Torrie Wilson.
Cade and Murdoch defeated Tajiri and Eugene in a tag-team match, showing more impressive teamwork than they did in last week's match against the Champions. The announcers noted Murdoch's funny face.
John Cena, to nobody's surprise, survived and won the Handicap Match after Tomko stupidly gave one of his powerful kicks to his own teammate, allowing Cena to finish Tomko without Angle's interference.
Highlights: The announcers were funny tonight, and Kurt Angle did a tremendous German Suplex on Cena while he was hoisting Tomko for the F-U. Whoa.
