yeah, I was also abot to ask about that, Adult swim is suposed to start showing Samurai Shamploo, and Metropolis. Metropolis is from the creators of akira if I'm not mistaken. has any one else heard of this?

It was truly a remarkable anime, indeed. So many good parodies came of it, but so did a great many 'lack luster' parodies.

Don't get me wrong. DBZ had it's good points... It's just that it's a gateway anime. Most people move on from it where as shows like Love Hina stick with people for a long time.

On the subject of DBZ, it would have been fine if they ended it right at the end of the Cell Saga, before Super Saijin 26!!! The anime was great till they ruined it by beating a dead horse. End of story.
