What does everyone think of the Anime Network? I think it is a good idea, but the anime is subbed. I believe it's uncut, so thats good.

i'd rather have cartoon network all anime. and have adult swim rule over that channel in a great tyranny(manical laughter) because i cant get the anime network >_<

I never really liked Cartoon Network to begin with, but I looked into it's programming schedule and it is nothing like it used to be. Now it's just Totally Spies and a lot of utter crap. I like Adult Swim because of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but I don't really like their anime programming schedule because it's dubbed. I'm just really picky about subs and dubs. I guess I am just intolerant of dubs. :)

lol I have a converter for that cuase I make anime music vids sometimes, so I need it to convert my episodes ^_^

I don't know. I wish they WERE like that... But meh. People just like to make things complicated I guess. Not that it matters much. I can't even listen to music anymore without getting a freakin' virus on my computer.

I like AMV's that are actually good like the ones shown at Otakon and Katsucon. My sister's friend made a AMV for Katsucon called "Karaoke Gone Wrong". As for AVI/MPEG files, AVI is better quality while MPEG downloads faster. Being on 56k sucks.

If you can get something called the canopus converter then you can convert avi into many different file types, I convert em into windows media so I can make AMV's with all the good clips lol. If only I had a plce to post em.

How do you download 150 episodes on 56k?! I'm on 56k and it took me days to download 2 OAV's...

i have broadband at my other house... i just have 56k on the computer i'm using now... plus i watch the episodes on CN

.avi works fine on my Windows XP. Although mostly I get naruto in .rm format. I don't use bitorrent to get it, I know a website that does direct downloads at 40 meg.
